Just more stupid people.  Either these folks are telemarketers, in which case they're really stupid, because in order to make a sale they actually have to talk to the folks they're calling, but they hang up.  Or perhaps it's just children making prank calls.  Children aren't necessarily stupid, but they do really stupid things.

No Answer when I said "Hello" then after about 2 seconds just a computer voice that said "Goodby" and  a hangup.

They are telemarketers selling a service to increase your priority in web searches.   When I asked if they were a telemarketer, they lied the first three times I asked.  When I asked if they were providing a service and collecting a fee, they replied "yes, but the fee is very small."   When I asked for further information about their organization, they hung up and did not answer when I repeatedly called back.

They call and leave no message.

No one answered, no recording.

Same as everyone else. They call & a robot voice says "goodbye".

It's from West Linn, OR, so I answered, "This better be Chael Sonnen," and they hung up.

I said hello ... the recording said "Goodbye" ....

They seemed surprised that I answered, started to ask for someone, then said "wrong number" and hung up.

I'm calling these guys identity thieves, they were just calling to see if anyone answered.
