Rec'd a phone call from 503-224-0858 at 10:36 AM, C.S.T., answered the phone, and the stupid idiot at the other end immediately hung up. Traced it back to a stock brokerage of Phillips and Co.

Rec'd yet another call from these jerks at 8:36 am, C.S.T., did not answer the phone, as having recognized it as Phillips & Co.

The dirt bag did not leave any voice jail messages. Figures.

this number calls twice a day on both lines twice a week or so, always agressive asking for the owner. They are still calling after three months of this.  We now see it on the caller id and just hang up. Guess these guys don't get the message.  We don't want to invest in their oil well.

Got a call from this number and the a******hung up on me too... this needs to stop.  There is no reason a company should be aloud to do this, it is harrasement

I received a call today from this number and they hung up when I answered.  I guess they are telemarketers but they are calling my cell phone.  How can I get removed from their list

A guy called up and asked for a person by name and as soon as I said he wasn't in yet, he hung up on me.

I dialed *69 and was given the number 503-224-0858.

It's amazing how they are as sweet as pie when YOU call THEM, but when it's the other way around they are total douchebags.

This is at least the fifth call from this number... says Phillips Co Sec on the caller ID.  Never leave a msg but leave their handset off-hook long enough to hear other callers in the background. Very annoying.

dozens of Very obnoxious calls from the same guy at this number, always demanding to talk to the owner and slams the phone down when you ask anything or try to get any information.

finally called in and asked to be put on do not call, still getting them.
