I have been getting calls from this number repeatedly over the past week.  Now my phone is calling the number by itself - 10 times yesterday, then overnight it called the number 63 times.  We do not have cell service at our home so the number came up as "call failed"

i took the call: they call themselves All american Auto - they sell warranty.  They knew that I drive a 2013 BMW. What they do not know is I work for a BMW.  I let them go through their speil telling me that my car is out of warranty and I need to act now. I have 4 year/50,000 mile warranty. They claimed to be from BMW.  I finally told them what I do and told her I hoped she felt good about the job she was doing and that I was going to report it to BMW directly.  A FRAUD!!!!  How do these people happily tell their friends and family what they do for a living.  They would be better off working a pole and I would have more respect for them.  her name was amanda edgely.  

I just got a few calls from this number. They left a message that was kind of freaky. It sounded like a screaming child and at the end it was like a mute speaking. Freaked me out!

I asked for my number to be taken off their list and quit calling me over a month ago, but yet I get a call at least once a day. I am turning this matter over to the Consumer Relations Department in Salem and reporting the number to the Federal Trade Commission.

They won't stop calling and they hang up when I tell them not to call again

Pretty much the same issue here. They call me every day. When I tell them to take me off the calling list (which I've done 5 times now), they just hang up and keep calling! It's almost like you need a restraining order against this people. This is worse than harassment.

I have gotten many calls from this number, and have also asked to be removed from the "list". The calls keep happening anyway. This is ridiculous.

Just received a call from them today (received one yesterday too, but didn't pay attention to the number at the time). When I answered and said hello the second time, the line went dead. I checked my phone history (noting the call from yesterday) and sure enough, it was the same number which called me yesterday. I called the number and all it was, was a weak sounding computer generated voice instructing me to press any button to be removed the the list (what list??). I didn't press a key, but stayed on the line in hopes to get a ring through... nope, just the same weak sounding computer generated voice. It's annoying, certainly, but I really want to talk to someone live, when I get these calls as I like to give them a piece of my mind, in a very construed but literal way. Oh well, thought adding to the pile of complaints on this # seemed fitting.

They called my mom's phone asking for me  when she asked them who they were again they wouldn't repeat themselves. She told them she was not me and they hung up. I called them from my phone and my husband spoke with them, they asumed it was me and asked if I was there and they kept saying it was a personal business matter and they couldn't talk with him. When he asked them what company they were from and she stated she was from convergence with a person business matter that she could only talk with me about. We asumed it was a creditor wanting money for some reason but when I looked up their company I couldn't find it online so I looked up the phone number to see where they were calling from. It says they're from Beverton, gresham, portland. This is all over the metro Portland area using a braband service connection.

Got a call from this number asking for me, they claimed they were from Verizon. I have verizon, but through work and they requested my address and SSN. I asked again who they were and he didnt say a second time. They have called at all hours, 10:28pm, 6:45am... and anytime throughout. When you have credit ran for different reason, people basically sell your info to others for these [***] calls.

I don't answer calls from numbers that I don't recognize. I guess they finally reached my number. Welcome to the block list mf'ers.

You have posted here 5 times so far using the same exact words.  I reported your last post since it looks like you are spamming.  Now, Convergent is a debt collector, and that name is easily found on the internet.  It seems odd that you are reporting calls from a debt collector when everyone else has posted that this is an auto warranty scam.

Call it what you want, there is no debt to collect here.  I did not report it as a debt collector, so wherever did you get that idea?  This number is obviously is a car repair warranty scam.  I am merely reporting each call.  The call is the same, the words to report it are the same.

Just because you have no debt to collect doesn't mean that they won't call you.  You reported it as Convergent which is a debt collector.  You never said that they were trying to sell a warranty scam.  Perhaps you should have worded clearly?  There is no need to report the same call over and over and over.  Unless you are using the site for a call log.  It helps no one to know that they called you repeatedly.  For that matter, you could have waited and said they called me x number of times.
