Photocopier scam call. Abusive and absolutely vulgar language. Hung up on him and he called back 20 times in a row.

He just called me and did the exact same thing.  Said he was calling to get the model number of our copier so he could "update the manual".  I hung up, he called back a bunch of times and used very vulgar language.

He called me on 10/30/14, and when he would not identify the company he was representing got offensive; called back and left message on voice mail using very vulgar language.  by the way he identified himself as "I am Josh from Customer Service".

Phoned and asked for the model number and I hung up.  He phoned back multiple times and then left an extremely rude voicemail saying I suck at my job.  Complete harassment

Called Nov 14/14  and said he was Josh and needed the model number for our photocopier so he could update the manual. When I said we didn't have a Rico Copier he said "what"...uhhhh... then click he hung up.   Completely ODD - obviously a total scam and up to something !!!!  

Received a call Nov 20, 2014. Did not identify where they were calling from and asked for the photocopier model number. I said "not interested" and immediately hung up as I've received these calls before.

The man immediately called back and used extremely vulgar language. I hung up again.

The man called again an left a voice mail, again, with extremely rude language.

Called and asked for model number from copier.  When i refused he called me f#@%ing stupid and then asked to speak to someone else.  When I hung up he called back but i didn't answer.

I just received a call from a guy named Josh as well, saying he was calling to update our printer manual. Foolishly I told him the make not thinking it was a scam. Now I'm repulsed seeing all these reports about a scam. He just said he was calling from the manufacturer.

called today using same 'photocopier model number' scam. Told the idiot we didn't have one - and then he launched into abusive language. Hung up on him. Time to give this number to the police and let them deal with the scumbag. He was calling from Oregon according to my phone...

just got the exact same call. Rude, offensive, and as above, looking for my photocopier number.

Same call "josh from customer service, calling about your office copiers" when I told him we didn't have any of his copiers he became accusatory and rude. He threw in one last petty insult "well I'm sure things will get better for you soon" before hanging up the call.

Josh from customer service called our office and completely flipped on our receptionist when she said that deal with a local business for all things relating to our copier.  Vulgar language and abusive.  Wish I had of taken the call he would have gotten the same treatment back.  LOSERS

Josh from customer service, calling about our office copier, when asked which company he was from he hung up.  Josh called back a couple of days later and again was asked which company he was from, when he would not answer I politely advised him that we did not require his service and I hung up.  He immediately called back but I let it go to voicemail.  Josh left a vulgar message full of profanity and racist remarks.  I have saved this voicemail.

He just called our office doing the same thing and said some horrible things, he called 4 times.
