I think these people are some type of solicitors. Either that, or just scammers. I just tell them the person they want to speak to is unavailable, every time that they call. I asked if they'd like to leave them a voicemail and they say "Sure", but then they never leave a voicemail once I've put them into the person's voicemail. So a message to the people at 503-343-9006 & 503-925-4827 who keep calling us: Stop wasting OUR and YOUR time!!!

No message left. Reverse looked up number and found it to be a Clackamas County (OR) land line. I live near the county so I called. It was their after hours and all their greeting said was "Thank you for calling Local Results"...  no indication of what that is by their greeting. With a name like that its kinda hard to google it without getting stuff like election results or the like....

The short... it is likely a SPAM caller bugging us for business. Add them to your DNC list.

These are spam calls. This is an Oregon number but they originate in Utah. If you call them and complain they will tell you they "made a mistake," but they'll keep calling anyway.

Message left from this number.  Said they were from Local Results and said my local small business is not searchable. (I do not have a business, small or large).  
They said to call them at (877) 207-7202 for help in advertising my business.  They also left a website to go to, www.localresults.com.

The call is coming from "Local Results" an advertising company that helps make your business listings more visible on search engines ... promotion caller web site is  www.localresults.com

Does anyone else find it really funny that people have to tell us they are on the Do Not Call list?

I guess we all see how that works!

I recently changed my mobile number and have recieved numerous calls from these types of companies because my number use to be a business #. So I agree with this poster...It's companies wanting to advertise your business and if your not a business you need to let them know or simply ignore it like me.

I think herbert is saying that the number 503-343-9006 also belongs to the same folks that have the 503-843-9006 phone number, I will be glad when the cell phone people make it possible to just block a phone number from calling.so they can never call from that number to my phone again !  until then I just don't answer it.
