In a thick India accent caller asks if you are S....? Then says,do you know your computer has been reported to an international center for something he was not clear about. Hung up at that point. Caller iD said Salem, OR

Just got a call from a very thick Indian accented male.  Said he was from VAP and that my computer was sending error signals.  I told him the only error made this day was him trying to scam me......hung up....done deal!  Don't get fooled into this.  Also, beware that this number actually reads on your phone with a long number starting with a V 41202312300264.  So sick of these creeps.

Male caller with thick accent says my computer is sending out error signals and he his calling to help me fix it, he asks if I'm sitting in front of my computer now.  I said I don't even have a computer.  He said someone from my location must have one or a lap top, and I said I don't know who that would be and he hung up.  I knew it was a scam

A man with a thick Indian accent called to speak with me about my computer and the error issues it has been sending. I told him that my computer is monitored by the DoD as he's calling a desk at the USMC offices. He quickly hung up.

Person by the name of Eddie called 4/11/15 and told me my computer was sending out error signals. I just hung up because this was the second time he called and wanted to take control of it. My friend let him take control of his and it cost him over $300 for them to unlock it. SCAM HANG UP!!

Phone only rang once.  Did no mo ro bo block it?  *51 to trace and *69 to call back and got scratchy recording saying" YOU HAVE REACH AN INTEGRA MAILBOX..."

There is a group of these idiots somewhere that make these type of calls.  Always with a heavy accent.  I keep them on the line as long as possible to waste their time. Eventually they call me four letter words and I just laugh at them. If  they think you are opening the computer for them, another person will come on the line.  I know this because when I play them along for 5 minutes, the "other" person tells the caller to hang up on me.  Always the same line, they claim to be Windows support and YOUR computer has sent them messages that need their attention. They will try to get you to link to a site that will allow them to enter your computer.  They will plant a virus and then tell you it will cost you money to remove the virus. [***]   They call my number at least once a week and many of my friends have got the same call.

Just received a call from this number.  Heavy foreign accent.  He said my computer through my router has been sending error messages and his company which received the error messages wanted to work with me to fix the defects.  He asked if I was in front of my computer, I said yes, in front of both of them.  He then started asking about my CTRL key and what did I see on the screen.  I told him... sorry you are a scammer and I have no time for this.  He told me I will have to fix my computer on my own and hung up.  I have worked In IT related positions for over 30 years.  I can fix my own computer.

We received a call at 2:02pm (Eastern) time on Friday, April 17th.  I missed the call.

got a call said salem OR 503-370-4530, woman thick accent. said my computer was sending an error message.  I asked her how she got my home number from my computer.  I told her I could not understand her.  and she kept repeating that my computer was sending an error message.  I finally just hung up on her.

Then I got on line and type in the phone number and see that this is a scam.

Got a call at 1:10 pm; I'm in OC, CA.  Didn't answer, as usual.  Voice mail left on thick, hard to understand accent about this being the second call and that I must call back to allow them to help us (?). Whatever.
