I have to wonder if there is any relationship to 305-304-9999, also a cell-phone, also "Cardholder Services" with 14 pages of complaints. Yes, I know, West Coast-East Coast, 503-305, purely coincidence and I am paranoid.

Just now received a call from this (spoofed) number.   I suspected that it was the "lower your credit card rates" scam and didn't answer it.   My goodness, by not answering I missed my 5,326th "final notice" to lower my credit card rates.   Apparently, this caller ID number that is being used is very new as there are only a few complaints thus far and the first only about 3 hours ago.    I think they (whoever is calling) change the calling number quite frequently now so that we can't rack up that many complaints against a particular number on these websites.

All numbers in my home received 2 or more calls from this "lower my rates" service. This has been going-on for a week. Every day we get at least on call on each of the three numbers at this address. Rachel tells us that if we do not want more calls to push "3" or sometimes it's "2" for calls to be STOPED.
What to do? I think banks are selling info on their clients even if there are no problems with the accounts.

I just received a call from this number at 7:25 PM.  My caller ID said Cell Phone OR.  If this is a real company, why would they be using a cell phone?

Just my opinion, but I doubt that the banks have anything at all to do with these calls.   I think it is more likely that these crooks just have an automated dialer that calls most every possible number within an area code/prefix.   Many people who do not and have never had a credit card receive these calls.   I have received calls from them on my cell phone number (which I've had for years) and I've never given that number to anybody outside of a couple very close friends, i.e. banks/businesses would only have my land line number.

Incidentally, if you have been getting the calls for only a week you are fortunate.   I've been getting them for at least 4-5 years and pushing "3" or "2" or whatever makes no difference -- there is always another "final notice" call.

Just had a call from "Rachel at Card Holder Services" and I just added her to my list of blocked call.  This works like a charm.  I have a Panasonic phone but I am sure there is a way to do it on other brands or your phone Co,  I had another one of these type callers that called all of the time  but after I discovered I could do this, I blocked them and when they tried to call it would ring one time and then disconect them. I still got the calls for a couple of weeks and then I guess they got the message because I haven't had any more calls from them.

Got another "Card Services" call, from this, a new #.  Had my trusty air horn ready.  Don't think she'll be using that ear for while.  I'm on both State & Fed DNC so it's tough $#!+ to them if they break the law by calling me. No sympathy!!!  Suggest everyone get an air horn.  It is very liberating!

All they want is your credit card information for theft purposes. Notify DNC list and congressman. I have been gettting these calls for years. Pressing ANY NUMBER just ensures more calls. Today, I picked up and told them immediately to take me off the list. The nigerian sounding gentlement then fowarded my calls to i assume a supervisor. "Angela" got rude with me and told me to just press three. Before I could even say I have for three years, she, AS USUAL, hung up the phone. I suspect another call.

These criminals are relentless, desperate, and foolish. Why call the same number over and over and over again when we know that we are on to you. It's so bad, my congressman now as of last month gets my phone bills as well as an local FBI agent. Hopefully, they will bring this to an conclusion and stop this nonsense.

Folks, these people get your number becuase probably you or an elder have been scammed or gave to charity or possibly a deliquent account. These numbers are then sold to anybody who wants them, even a criminal. Once they get your number it is recycled over and over and over again. All computer generated robo dialed. They use forged numbers and fake caller id's to trick the gullible.

*57 to trace the call, this will/may cost you, but it automatically begins an investigation of that number, even if it falsified. Never give out personal information to random people, EXPECIALLY when someone is trying to lower your credit card rate to 6.9% about 9% points lower than the national average. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS STEAL!

Just warn others and report to appropriate authorities. Blocking number is useless and pressing nay number just validates more calls.
