Credit card rate reduction scam. This is one of the many numerous spoofed numbers they use to call with.

Got a call from this # at 11:01AM on 10/10/11. No one talked, so I hung up.

I do not wish to receive calls from 503-468-5002.

Giot a call from this number but was not available and no message left.

Credit card offer...unsolicited.  I am also on the National Do not Call list.

unwanted robot sales calls daily to my cell phone. Several laws broken by doing so.

It is illegal to sales call cell phones

It is illegal to call phones with a 'robot call' or 'computer call'

It is illegal to call someone who has no prior business with you

It is illegal to call a phone that has been registered as a do not call number via 3 choices I have used
It is illegal to call when you are registered with The Do Not Call Registry
It is illegal to call when The State Do Not Call Registry and
It is illegal to call when The Federal Do Not Call Registry
I registered with all three and these [***] are breaking all Seven LAWS. What is wrong with them?
If you can do what is needed they will have to pay you thousands of dollars in fines. Study, Learn and Fight back!

Robo-caller for "Cardmember Services".

Someone calls and left a message, claiming that someone from our number had called to find out how to "reduce" our credit card balances.  Back in 1999, we were among those who were afraid that the computer systems would tank when we entered the next decade.  So we paid off all of our credit cards and closed all of our credit card accounts.  When the new decade dawned and we learned that the computers did not all crash, we still decided that it felt pretty good to be living WITHOUT the credit cards hanging over our heads.  So, since 1999, we have used our DEBIT card ONLY!  Since we have been credit-card-free for ELEVEN YEARS now - it is a bald-faced lie for these people to claim that anyone from OUR number called to ask them for "help" in "reducing" our credit card balances!  We are also on the National Do Not Call Registry.

Unless you get their company's name and a person's full name,  you won't be able to prosecute nor can the government.

I got this call AGAIN this morning, for about the 6th time. I even tried to be nice and tell them that I'm not interested and take me off your list.
Now I am notifing all TV stations, our state attorneys office, and my congressmen and senators. I let them know that I would be calling them every time this company called me till they get something done about it. If nothing else its harrassment!

nice tactic, if you hold on a recording asks if you would like to be placed on their do not call lists and then the recording shuts off before telling you what to do. Scam

Received 4 calls in a row, did not answer.  My number is also on the Do Not Call registry.  Looks like these people are rather busy breaking laws today.  I hope someone can identify who they are.

I just got a call from this number about five minutes ago.  I didn't answer but googled the number right away and it brought me here.  I'm guessing there's not much anybody can do to make them stop but if anyone figures it out they should definitely post it here!
