I received a call from this number with caller ID reading "Medical Alert" and a recording for their product & service.  After some research I found this call in reality is a spoofed fictitious number and the caller is a criminal scammer.

The recording talks about a medical alert service they sell and about falling down and not being able to get up.  I'm on both the federal and my state's No Not Call registry and in case you haven’t figured out by now their about as useless as titties on a transvestite.  

I'm over 50 so If these Scammers would promise me that after I push a button they track me down and pick me up off a bar room floor then maybe, just maybe they may have some value after all.

Nah!  There's' a special place in hell for Phone Scammers, and that's neck deep in $hit with some irritating teenager riding a Jet Ski full throttle past them over & over for eternity :(

Got call. Getting lots of these useless calls

Am over 65.  Got the call, but didn't answer. No message was left on my recorder. Caller ID said "MEDICAL ERALR."

stop these calls please.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

Love, love, love your message!  I got a kick out of it.   There is also the same company in Union, NJ that is calling out of Florida with the same message.   I called them back and pretended to be old and stupid.  I made the person "jessica" repeat herself 10 times.   Then I said I would let them know.  I used my google phone on the internet.   The Attorney General in Nevada said they will investigate.

I have now received three of these same calls with the same message from three different numbers, one in Florida and two in Oregon.   I called the Florida one back and spoke to a man and told him they were in violation of the do not call registry act.  he said he would take my number off.  I didn't give it him.  Then I called again, on my google phone on the internet.  I spoke with a "Jessica" and pretended to be old and interested.  I made her repeat everything, asked stupid questions and kept her on the line for over 5 minutes.  Then I got her direct line number 877-841-5319 if anybody wants to play her around.   The Attorney General's office in Nevada told me the company is under investigation, but you need to file complaint where you live.  I am doing that and giving them at least three numbers for this company.   They also go by the name Alert Systems, Union NJ

This telephone number belongs to Pacific Telecom Communications Group, a public utility operated in part by F Antone Accuardi of Portland Oregon.  He uses a foreign "shell" company to enter into revenue sharing agreements with illicit telemarketers.  This is a likely violation of a number of laws, including 16 C.F.R. §310.3(b) of the Federal Telemarketing Sales Rule.

As a licensed attorney, Accuardi is subject to oversight by the Oregon State Bar Association.  According to official documents from State investigators, Accuardi "... is responsible for a large percentage of the illegal telephone calls made using Pacific Telecom’s telephone numbers."
