I'd bet that this is Wells Fargo as their other numbers come up with this city as well. I'd say that it is the Over Draft Department.

Called, I didn't answer, they left no mssg and hung up.  I do not have a Wells Fargo account... No Credit Card, No bank Account...Caller ID says "Unknown Name"

This is the claim dept of a company for many major corporate businesses.I know because I filed a claim against Duke Energy and have spoken to them but dont try to call back without finding the persons last name as you will have to have it to actually speak to someone.

They left no message, this is the third day of calls form 503 541 2703. I called back and got a recording saying this is not a good number.. Just another scam attempt from some [***]...

Received call, waited, no one ever spoke, seems like harassment call.

After I answered, there was nothing... Possibly a computerized auto marketing nuisance gone wacky. It's happened maybe ten times in last three or so months but unknown if from same number.

We get calls from this number at random times of the day and night.  We never answer and they never leave a message.

WhenI answered the phone no one was on the line, not even a message.

I've gotten several calls from this number -- nobody says anything, and I can't call back.  I get a "call can't be completed" message, no matter what.  #503 541 2703 -- phone company says to block the caller.

Total ...holes calling and then saying nothing.  The government should find out who it is and sue their [***].

SUSPECT IT'S PORTFOLIO AGAIN USING ANOTHER ONE OF THEIR PHANTOM NUMBERS.

It's a "satellite or cable "survey caller. I answered it and he was very rude because I wasn't interested and wouldn't let him continue his speech! Real jerks, for sure!!!

Yeah, it's really a problem when phones go rogue like that, & start calling on their own. Usually they call for pizza.

This number calls every evening every day and will not stop.  I wish I could block it. They never say a thing, and they do not answer when I call back.

Hang-ups are a psychological tactic they use to put you off-balance.  They're hoping that, when a human does finally call, you'll do whatever they want to make the calls stop.  It's a lot easier to extort from someone who is emotionally annoyed than someone who is cool and calm.  Just keep your wits about you and show them that you can't be rattled.

Phishing scam.  Trying to get info on Internet/Television services we use.

Got a call from this number earlier today and no message was left.  Came up on Caller ID as follows:
