I am getting these phone calls all day long I do not know if 8664913928 & 8663466501 & 5035423380 are connected but these callers should NOT be calling me.I see their numbers on my caller ID

I got a call from this number as well. I have no idea who it is.

It's a company located here: http://www.bnresearch.com/ doing customer surveys for Banfield Pet Hospital.

I GO A CALL TOO AND IT MAKES SENSE BECAUSE I RECENTLY TOOK MY DOG TO A BANIFELD HOSPITAL. I DO THINK IT SUCKS THAT THEY JUST RANDOMLY CALL PEOPLE LIKE THIS! I AM ACTUALLY IN CLASS AND IT IS 7:00PM, WHY DA HELL WOULD I WANT TO TALK ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AT PET-SMART AT THIS TIME OF NIGHT? SOME ONE SHOULD RECOMMED THEY USE A DIFFERENT METHOD TO DO THEIR CUSTOMER SURVEY.

I have been called twice now by this company and I have taken my dog for a Vet visit recently and they are a Banfield rep.  So I guess it was them, no VM.  Have called at 6pm and 7pm a bit ridiculous.

I just saw I had a missed call from this number last night, at 6pm on the dot.  I took my new kitten to Banfield a couple weeks ago so that would make sense that this number is from them!  I am not happy about the call though, and if they call again I will either ignore it or pick it up and ask them to stop calling me.

I was called by this number last night @ 7:45.  I didn't pick up because I didn't recognize the number & they didn't leave a message.

I just recently took my dog to Banfield for her first check up.  I don't see the call as "random" ~ if you've been to Banfield & they are calling for feedback about Banfield it seems pretty straight-forward to me.

I am on the Do-Not-Call-List, but if these calls are going to get my pet better care & if they aren't trying to sell something I'm all for it.

I work in automotive service and customer satisfaction is more important than anything else.  Banfield doing research to see if consumers who've used their services are satisfied is a whole lot different than some random calling to sell me something I don't need.

I received a call last night 8pm, rang twice...no message left. I also recently took animal to banfield hospital.

Similar to everyone else, I got this call but did not answer due to now knowing the number, but I recently as well took my dog to a Banfield clinic. Good to know

Same story...Banfield-I am a new customer...two nights in a row. 7:30 PM and 8:01 PM. Have not answered either. A bit rude...

I just received a call from this number & did take my cat to Banfield about 3 weeks ago. It's 7:50 p.m. AND New Year's Eve!  Absolutely ridiculous and totally unauthorized! I won't take my pet back there. Plus, my cat had nothing but a hairball and they tried to tell me she needed $418 worth of tests ran! Went for 2nd opinion to local vet - cost was $39 including medicine!

I just started getting calls from this number tonight.  I took my dog to Banfield last week...never again though.  Not because of the calls, although that's a nasty little side effect of Banfield I didn't know about.

I've been getting this call recently and these posts make me more comfortable about it. Like many of you I do not answer calls I do not know the number for. I have recently taken my puppy to Banfield as well. However, it bugs me that they don't leave a message. If they really want feedback, ask for it!

Just looked up the number on here. I too went to Banfield with my dog for the first time last week. I am going there for an appointment in the morning and plan on asking them why they released my number.

I received a call from this number last night at 7:02pm. Like everyone else, not knowing who it was, I choose not to answer the phone. They didn't leave a message either. I am on the do not call list and recently I've been getting calls from different people and I never answer it, I look the number up to see who it was instead. I don't like solicitors and I ain't wasting my minutes on them! I took my dog to Banfield this past Saturday. I was not aware that I would be receiving a survey type call from them. Now that I know who it was that called, I may answer it and give them my opinion of their service. My husband filled out a form and we received a free exam for our dog. I took my dog in and wasn't really impressed with it. Maybe if I was actually paying, I would have seen a better difference. My dog is in good health and they told me that, duh. I will just stick with my regular vet. I waited forever for the vet to come in and see us. Waste of time, good thing it wasn't a waste of my money too.
