They called SEVERAL times and never left a message.  Shows on the caller id  503-591-5482 and anonymous. If you call this number it says.. "the number you are calling is not in service".  How can they not be in service, if they just called moments before?  Very annoying.  I will report them also as an offender of the 'do not call list' which I have long since subcscribed to.

The same thing has been happening to me as above mentioned by Francous! I, in fact, just received a call from them, and they never said hello after I stayed on the line about 20 seconds... Hmmm!

Someone called when I was out an dmy roommate answered. She siad I was not home and the  person said they were a friend and left the name 'Lisa'. I don't know a Lisa, but called the number that was on my caller ID - got the same "the number you are calling is not in service" message. This is very suspious

Shows as Blocked Number.  I reverse 411'd it and it shows Beaverton, OR

very simular to the previous messages this time it was a guy and he said he would call back later

Asked for a badly mis pronounced version of my name --- my husband told him it was a wrong number ....... odd!

I have received this call many times.  Early Saturday AM today! It looks like a local call, and gets me worried something happened to a family member, but after reading these posts.... I see it is nothing!  Thanks all!

I did not answer this call on 8/20/07 but called the number on 8/21/07 and got the recorded message "this number has been disconnected"

I just got the call and he wanted me to confirm who he was talking too...when I wouldn't confirm that I was "Mrs ????????" he asked me why people made it so difficult that all he did was asked a question and I wouldn't answer it.  Very very rude!

I got a call from this number and did not recognize it so I did not answer the phone.  I was waiting for a message on my recorder and no message was left.  When I did try to call that number back, I got the message that this number is not in service.  Weird...I just wish this person would not call my house anymore!!

Didn't answer but was afraid it might be a friend as number was local. Showed up as ''blocked call" on one phone caller id and "private number" on the other. They didn't leave a message and I didn't call them back . It is mid morning on a saturday.

Narcotic donations haha, obivious these people are handicapped just trying to make a living at being telemarketers.

Caller wanted to speak with wife by name last used first, when she asked who this is they clicked off the hook, wife called back and received same message as all of those that are getting same:from this number:(503)591-5482.It was reversed look up as...Verizon and showed land line?...Maybe I will forward this on to a telemarketer if they call??

Well they called again.  I reported it to my phone company the last time and will report it again this time.  The guy said his name was Ryan.  I hung up on him and he called back.  Didn't answer the phone this time.  Wish this would stop!

This number shows up on my caller ID as well.  We weren't home and no one left a message.  It seems to me that I've seen this number before...but I don't know for sure.  Hmmmmmm... I'd love to know if anyone figures out what the heck this call is about. ???

I received a call from this number today, 9.26.07 at 2:56.  I also called back and got the "out of service" message.  As I live in Portland, thought it might be someone I know.  No message was left.

Same as most of you, the number was "out of service". I never did get a voice reply. These days with so much ID problems it makes me even more weary to answer calls I don't recognise.

This number just called my house ( Tues 10/2 8:15pm) and when I answered no one would reply?????  It showed "private number" on the caller ID.

Caller said hello after 4 seconds.  I immediately asked to be taken off their list.  He wanted to know whose residence it was.  I asked to speak to their manager.  He said I didn't want to do that.  Very rude.
