bobnweve - 12 Mar 2008an person called from this number. I had to ask who it was and it took two questions to get his name. Who is this? "Anthony" Anthony who? "Anthony Green" This person was not volentering any information. Any and all information came from question after question. But he wasn't shy about asking me questions, one after another.

Debt Mstr - 2 Aug 2008So do you know by law that collection companies are not allowed to disclose any information on a answering machine. They are allowed to say who there looking for and there name. No longer the name of ther company or anything like that. I mean would you want someone to be calling your relatives house if that was the only number that they had and left a embarrassing message stating that you owe a bill and need to pay it. Or that they sent you to there legal department and that you were being garnished for not paying your bill. I mean come on. The other thing is if you would have paid your bill in the first place they probably wouldn't be calling right? If you were having problems with paying it then why didn't you just answer the questions and help your problem not make it worse? ,,Felicia P, Greenville SC
