keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. No message and only hang up when I answer. who the hell is it?

I've been getting calls from the same number.  They call almost all day.  I pick up, no one speaks.  Why is wells fargo doing that?

I've been getting calls from this number at 8:10AM PST every since Monday morning. It's getting very annoying. I get the same thing as the other people have experienced-- they hang up when i answer and no voicemail.

I have a new phone, no one has the number, except family & a couple of friends. Who is it? When I answered, no one was there.

I keep getting these calls too! it's rather annoying is there anyway to have them stop calling.

Just got my third call from them in 2 hours.  No message and no one on the other side.  Getting annoying and I don't have a Wells Fargo account.

I'm getting calls from the same number over and over.  It's only 9:30am and I've already had two calls from them this morning.  We had two yesterday as well, and when hubby picked up, no one was there.

This number calls multiple times everyday and just hangs up. Called back and was routed to Wells Fargo... They say it is the collections department and a direct-line but do not know why it hangs up.

All you need to do is call the number back and they will figure it out for you.  It's a line that verified phone numbers for people who owe money.  They sometimes give fake numbers to avoid paying the debt and that is why card services calls YOU!

I have been getting calls from this number for months. My husband got his first one today. He called them back and the guy said he was from Wells Fargo but was phishing for credit card and PIN number information. We called Wells Fargo and Wells Fargo said it is not them. They are trying to get CC numbers and use them illegally.

I just got my first call at 7:13 a.m.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and 5 calls since then!!!!! like do you really call someone at 7:00 in the morning????? when they are properly asleep!!! i'm so mad about this!!!! when one time i answered i could hear something in the background and when no one says anything that's because they don't know what to say!!!

Got several calls a day from this number at work, and it would hang up when I answered.  So today  I picked up and just stayed on the line without saying anything.  After about 10 seconds a real person came on the line and asked for someone who isn't at this company.  I told her the person does not have this extension any more, so hopefully the calls will stop now.

I got three calls this morning.  I answered the first two since I saw Wells Fargo on the caller ID but got no answer at the other end.  The last one I let the answer machine picked up but the caller did not leave a message either.  It's very annoying.  I do not think it's from Wells Fargo.  Is it possible to send over any caller ID with the call?

This is Wells Fargo Card services for a fact. don't know what is up with their automated system, but they're not pfishing or anything, they are trying to collect when you are late on your payment.
