Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $50.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Called my cell. Only a few people know my number. How did they get it?

All the telemarketers have to do is place numbers into dialers or computers. Those do not recognize unlisted or not given out or even a new number.  They will still call through.  For a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. If you try truecaller.com  they will tell you who it is.  No charge and they usually can find all #s

Like so many others I received a call from this number - only rang once and left no message on my cell.  I'm not calling back.  Question is, I have cell listed on "Do Not Call" but still get stuff like this - why?

Called number back, extended warranty offer. May be a scam. At the very least, probably not a good value product. Proceed with caution.

They are a Google Maps claim company. These places are a joke! I called back said take me off your list and they hung up. I called back again and did it again! Waste of my time!!

This number has called 5 times in the last 2 days and hangs up when the recorder turns on, never leaving a message.
