I called back an it didnt ring an i didnt get a answer

Call followed a Jamesville, N.Y. prison call. Some times prison systems allow the inmate to call you. Before you speak with them an automated voice will ask for you to set up an account to pay for future calls. then set up payment accounts for future contact with a prisoner. In my opinion, I think a local congress woman is using the list of outbound prison calls to campaign with!

Missed the call.  They did not leave a voicemail.

I have received calls from random "spam" numbers in the past.  I'm assuming this is the same thing.

I am receiving phone calls 503-863-9133, and the person or machine making call doesn't answer and hang up the phone, I tried to call the number, but it's not a real number !!!!!?????

Received a call just a minute ago.  The person on the other end thanked me for calling them.  Could not make out much of anything the caller said as there was a delay and lots of crackling on the line.

He then asked for somebody with a completely different name than I have.

Got a call this morning from the number.  Its an over the phone broken english guy wanting to sell drugs like viagra.  What else is new.

This is the 5th call from them about some stupid Vionex or male enhancement pill that I supposedly ordered in 2005.  Every time I explain im not the person they are looking for, I am told ill be placed on a Do Not Call List, yet every month like clockwork, BAM, a phone call.

They seem to call me about once a week. I never answer.

This is the exact same scenario that keeps happening with me. Made an order back in 2007 for a similar medication, and now I get a call at least once a week. A women sounding of Middle Eastern descent picks up the phone and attempts to pitch a new product line. I've asked to be placed on the DNC list several times, and have asked to speak with managment. The calls persist to no avail..

Whoever it is, this number keeps calling my cel phone. Thank goodness I installed a silent ringer and have tagged this number with the silent ring. Now I don't know they called until I see the missed call from them.

Btw, that is my plan moving forward. Anytime I get unwanted, unsolicited, unknown calls, I'll just keep adding that number to my "telemarketer" address book entry that uses a silent ring. It will really minimize the experience of these annoying calls. Add new telemarketing numbers to the same address book entry as they come.
Now I just smile when I notice I missed one of those calls and wasn't bothered by it. An elegant solution for you smartphone users.

I've made a contact in my phone list, called it "Blocked numbers" and have the contact set so that it will go straight to voice mail. and it will never show up as a missed call. and they never leave a message.
