A man who said he was Troy McClure called asking for someone who is not here. I told him I didn't know him and I would appreciate him not calling as I have received dozens of phone calls looking for that person. He was more than rude and obnoxious. He says he now feels that I know the person they are seeking. It sure is grate(ing) that we have to put up with that. Is there some way to put these collections bozos on the no call listing?

I made collection arrangements with Dendy and three days later got another call wanting to re-hash everything I spoke with them about prior.  Yhis "supervisor" named Sheilah gets on the phone and called me a liar more than once.  She threatened to drag me into court, stated that Sallie mae would probably call my student loans in if they placed a lien against me, and would refuse any of my other student loans.  These people are rude and act crazy.

Someone left a message on my answer machine, looking for someone I've never heard of.........and stated they were a law firm?............and that person was to call them back..........also left a 1800 number......????.........I don't like receiving calls like this! I wish we could block them?.......

They just called and left a message directed at me saying her name was Mrs. Trumay or Trumiad, something like that and left me D Michael Dendy # 888-724-8201

I keep getting mail from D. Michael Dendy addressed to someone else even though I have requested that they stop sending mail to this person because they don't live here and I am going to sue them for harassment.

Called for my fiance's ex wife..Geez people they are divorced and have been for a long time!  Cheryl Wilken Lives in Ogden, Utah...try her there not at my house.

This is the RUDEST law firm that I have every heard of!!!!!!  They are harrassing our office for some employee that is no longer at this business!!!!  The girl that calls is so rude and hangs up on us!!!!

You can block numbers, contact your local telephone service and tell them you want the code to block telephone numbers you do not want calling you. It's easy and it works.  I have both numbers blocked on my phone. If you have Qwest, they do have the service and it is free.  Hope this helps.

I am really upset.  I have been paying on an amount that “D Michael Dendy" and I agreed on.  I have received numerous (I mean very numerous) calls this week.  I answered the first two because I have been working very hard to take care of this debt. The two calls I answered (if fact, I called back once) in the last week, this woman whom is supposedly supposed to be working with me (I know the last name but do not want to have more problems from her) actually asked if we can pay more (this is the understandable part).  I then told her we can't.  She then asked when do we get our tax return, how much did we get last year, how much we think we will get back, if we have children (whom are grown), can we pay our tax return on our balance, etc.  This is very personal!!  They (or she) now calls several 6 or 8 times a day and doesn't leave messages.  I read to keep a list of times they call and what, if anything, is said.

Called me today looking for an in-law.  Told them wrong number.  Called back few seconds later asking if this was the **** residence.  Told them yes, but the person you are looking for is not here.  "You know the person I am looking for then?" I responded I would not get in the middle of their stuff.  The man raised his voice to me and I did to him asked him to never call again and hung up.  Will be blocking the number now.

This company had the nerve to call the bank to check up on someone's account.  Too bad it doesn't work that way!

The only thing they can check is to seei f funds are available. I worked there for 2 yrs I know.

They called saying they were from the law firm listed above. I asked in regards to what, they asked for my social security number and I told them to [***] off. My credit card number was stolen yesterday and I'm sure this is related.

So is this a law firm or a collection agency posing as a law firm? I wish these people would understand when you don't have money how the hell are you supposed to pay? I've been out of work for 2 years and they keep calling me threatining to file a suit against me if i don't pay, but i've been recording everything. I am literally broke! I lied i have a penny at the bottom of my purse do you think i should give them that?
