I put in a request back in July to receive some information in the mail from Direct Buy Showrooms. Received a follow-up call from one of their reps shortly after this information arrived. Asked her a few questions regarding their service, cost, etc., which she wouldn't answer. Instead wanted me to sign up to go to one of their free open showroom events. When I told her I wasn't interested I thought it would end there. I now receive at least 5 calls a months from this company, many as late as 9pm at night. They never leave a message and when I try calling the number back (they use many, including 6003 and 6004) I receive a message saying I have dialed a number that cannot be reached. I have tried emailing this company to remove my number but am still receiving calls. Watch out for this company! Once they have you in their system they never let go! I plan on reporting them on the Do Not Call Registry.

Direct Buy is calling my phone night and day, and this is months after I looked at their website and gave them some info.

I keep getting called from these people! I blocked one of their numbers, but now they are calling on this one. Even went to one of the show rooms just to get it out of the way. Never once do they leave a message nor does the call back work. Persistent. Annoying. Even after emailing them to take us off the call back list.

I have told direct Buy that I am not interested. They continue to call, night & day. Never leaves messages, and sometimes hangs up when I answer. What a pain.

Thanks it all makes since now . i went through the same situation a couple of moths ago . I have been receiving calls from 504 378-XXXX ever since.
