Said they were a "subscription Center"; Turns out they were a front for collection agency.
Always use a Magic Jack for those type calls

I want to let you all know that this number 504-383-8993 calls my mobile number about 3 or 4 timers a week getting no response from them. I wonder what kind of people are doing this. Looks to me like it is some type of scammers using the phone directory or another source where they access users information. Be aware of this phone # 504-383-8993 as some type of scam.

I heard dtmf tones, so they may be trying to hack into people's voicemails to find information about you.

It sounds like a telemarketer or some scam.  Lady on the line said she's calling to verify address, etc. to continue a free subscription.  She was very persistent and kept talking although the person she was asking for wasn't here at the time.  Don't buy into it!  They may try to send you a bill later. . . who knows.  It's very annoying.  Just say you're not interested and hang up!
