    No one there at first and then an automated voice that said, 'Goodbye' after several seconds of dead airtime ... I just used the Blacklist app on my cell phone to block the number, so I will not receive any more calls.

    This number called my home, and it was some woman trying to sell diabetic supplies.  We have zero use for them.  Told her to never call my home again and blocked the number.  We are on every no-call list there is, too.   PEST.
