Called them back after third time they called my house today. Asked why they keep calling my house? They hung up the phone. Called them back. Asked why they keep calling my house? They hung up the phone again. So this time I called and asked them what I could do for them? They said, after I gave them my name, that they were from Department of Treasury and it was regarding my 2010 taxes. What bull sh__!  If it was anything from the Federal Government they wouldn't be  calling and asking me to call them back. Now I kind of wished I wouldn't have even give them my name.

Claim to be treasury department, it's a recording with all kinds of serious threats. LOL. The guy could barely speak english in the recording. Oh, and by the way, his name is Dennis Quaid. Surprisingly, a name came across my caller as Tollardo, A.
    Scam.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

Got a call at approximately 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on 10/23/15 in which I didn't recognize the number so I allowed it to go to voicemail. Recording of a voice saying something to the effect of "My name is Dennis Quaid and I am calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the U.S. Treasury. Your failure to return my call will be considered an intentional second attempt to fail to appear before a magistrate or judge. My number is 505-273-5352 and I suggest you call me as soon as possible to avoid criminal prosecution."

Looked up area code and it is Albuquerque, New Mexico and the caller ID showed the number was "Wireless Caller." Recorded voice had a heavy accent that sounded to me as Middle Eastern.
