Machine call says this message is for Xxxx Xxxxx and i need to meet you face to face to serve you some paperwork or something like that. I'm not even close to New Mexico and the name is not me... I was going to post the name they said on the recording but then I might be violating some privacy rights.

I believe it's NCO financial.  Collectors that are trying to collect debt.  They are leaving messages that say that they are going to serve you with papers for check fraud & if you don't want them to you can call a toll free phone#.  I have been ignoring the phone calls since I didn't write a bounce check.  If I would have I am sure I would get something from the state or attorney general office.

I had trouble once with those payday loans trying to debit from my account times there were not suppose to and taking more money than they should have.  Then when I thought it was done they kept trying and made me have so much NFS checks for other places.  I finally cleared off all of it and closed my account since the payday loans would continue taking without permission.  They had already collected way more than what I had borrowed and made me incrue unwanted NFS.  It was the worst thing I did.  Be ware.  Now they are still trying to collect and it had been paid for.  They keep calling and leaving messages for papers served.  I just ignore the phone calls.

Same thing here. My ORIGINAL loan was through CMG, LLC. but once they took out $900 for the $300 I had borrowed, I closed my account. I have had debt collectors trying to collect under NCO financial, CMG Group, LLC, BMG group, llc,..... and the list goes on and on and on. They are not licensed in the United states to do payday loans (this can be found at your local Attorney Generals office). I submitted the claim through the Attorney General and even recieved a letter from the original company, CMG Group, LLC, signed by Cindy, stating that my debt was paid in full, but they keep collecting. Stressful. Never EVER GET AN ONLINE PAYDAY LOAN!!! GO WITH SOMEONE LOCAL THAT YOU CAN PHYSICALLY WALK INTO THEIR OFFICE AND GET YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE!!! THESE PEOPLE WILL RUIN YOUR CREDIT!!!!!!!!!

I have reported this number to the FTC and lets hope they put them in jail. Next is the FBI if they keep it up. Who in there right might would meet a total stranger face to face and hand over money. This is extortion and the local authority's may be interested in this nonsense. File a complaint to the FTC when you get a call from ths number and eventually they will be shut down.
