Received message that I have legal action pending against me for a bill I didn't pay back.  Said his name was Steven Parker and he was from a law firm.  No specifics given.  When I call back I just get a message that caller is unavailable.

Received message that I have legal action pending against me for a bill I didn't pay back.  Said his name was Steven Parker and he was from a law firm.  No specifics given. When I asked his name and company info, i got this:

I told him my lawyer would call him, and he started threatening me! Said I am just like all Americans (of course I am, I am American!) , unlike him!! I hung up on him, and got the same response that Steven is not available when called back!

When they call me I ask for proff of the so call loan in writing in accordance to the law he said that law did not apply to him I told him thats law was for my protection and if he want any thing from me he must provid the proof. After arguing with him I final hung up the phone this is the way I have been hadleing this type of call I have had a lawyer tell me this is my right to ask for proof and they must comply they will do so with no problem if the are laget.

Be careful do not give them any info or verify any i may come back on you

Just got a call from a person stating that I rec'd a pay1 loan and I know damn will I have not had a loan of any kind..Man names Steven and he hung up on me when I kept telling him that I don't have a loan and I have the Bank statements to prove it..Called him back and kept going to voice mail..told him that it was against the law for him to call me and then hang up on me and I told him that I wanted to talk to his supervisor  ... He called back after that and told me that he was going to make me cry in court and hung up again...

What is this world coming to with all the bull...

I received a treathening call at work from a troy from a law  firm that, there was a legal matter againt my social security number that was filed against my name by an online payday company, he was rude and gave me a call back phone number from another state, i would never go online to apply for loans from florida when i am in california, this is fraud...no documentation in wrtiiing was ever provided
