Based on several previous calls, and additional searching on Google, this is a Telemarketer.  Rang three times, in CID, and no message in voice mail.  Beware.

no message..call on my cell phone which is suppose to be unknown to all but immediate family.

I answered it.  "Congratuations!  You have won......"
I pressed the star key repeatedly, and that disconnected the call.

Several  calls and no reply when answered. I called it back and got the message that this number was changed, disconnected and no longer in service.

Same as above -repeated a.m. calls on cell phone "Congratulations you have won"....we hang up.  Call back gets "this number no longer in service.  I'm going to call phone company to see if we can block.

Some weeks call several times. Then goes a very long time without calling. How can you block call like this? Very annoying.

My cell phone has an option to block all calls from this number, which I immediately did. It's obviously a robo-call.

called # & disconnected so I will also block.

Same here, calped it back and disconnected or no longer kn service message.

This call is "Out of Area" meaning: not a 505 area code, not New Mexico. Another scam artist. County needs to get behind pursuit of RICO statutes to drive this scum out. Nothing but organized crime.

Uhhhmmm,  I   don't know why the call I received differs from the ones posted here.  Mine was a 'robo-call' and it urged me  not to hang up, that they had valuable information about the federal government forgiving  DELINQUENT STUDENT LOANS.  Since I don't have ANY kind of student loan, unpaid or paid, I can only assume that it MIGHT have been a spoofed call with a 'forwarding' of this recording by the same woman who has been stalking me (and not in a nice way like "Rose"  from "Two and A  Half Men", lol) since 2005.  She does things like this, spam-bombs, bogus singles' ads using my photos, etc.  She's also a web master.  Lucky me, lol

Call arrived via Straight Talk.  Hackesr apparently stealing Contacts from cell phones.  Then infecting phone listed in contacts.  Contagion spreads.  Listen to TracFone tech explain problem.  Google 'haxroot payne' to reach the HaX.R00T page. Then append #tracfonefech book mark for 6 minute conversation.

Dragged myself out of a sickbed when these idiots called ths morning.  Number is now blocked.

Call came in this morning.  Hung up as soon as the recording started.

Robo call saying: Stay on the line, important message.  You can now reduce your student loan debt.

I think its time to start suing our carriers Verizon,At&t etc. These constant scams and calls are interfering with everyone's daily business's and lives. Since our phone carriers, FCC,Do Not Call have been no help in controlling these parasites. I think we should hold the phone carriers responsible as accomplices after the fact.

Call came to my cell phone. No way whoever has this number should have had my cell number. No voicemail left after I did not answer.
