got a call from 150622210470 about lowering my credit intrest rate  strange

Just received the call on my cell phone.  Did not know the number, so I did not answer.

just got called a few minutes ago no message left.

Call May 20 around 4:30. I clicked 1 because I wanted to ask the representative which card company it was. When it went through I said I didn't own a credit card and the guy asked "How is that possible?" (It's a reasonable question, since every adult owns one.) I answer "I'm a highschool kid so I don't have one yet" and he then asks me for my "Myspace" name and hangs up when I say I don't have one (which I really don't). It's one thing to scam someone but another to be completely vulgar and disgusting.

No clue who this person is. They called, I let it ring for a few moments. Didn't know who it was, so didn't answer it.

Just got a call on my Virgin Mobile cel. Didn't answer, but see that someone else say's it's from "Card Services" calling. I got a call from them on my land line last week and stayed on the line just to tell whoever answered to quit calling me. She said she can't remove my # from the list. I asked the name of the company, and she said, "Card Services".
I asked for their corporate phone # and she said, "I'm not giving you that number", then she hung up on me.
Both my #'s are on the "do not call" list, but it doesn't seem to do any good. Next time they call me I'm going to waste their time by acting like I want the service they're offering, and asking a lot of long long questions. I'll also keep them on "hold" while I look up the numbers they want, etc., then blow them off when I get tired of screwing with them.
Hopefully they get the message.

Received call and answered - automated system that wanted to tell me that my interest rate was going up, but by contacting them I could get 6.99%

Received a call from this number on my cell phone.  Recording said that the warranty on my car was soon to expire and that they had agents standing by to provide quotes.  I hung up.  I will report it as spam to my provider.

Received the call about 2:20 this afternoon but didn't answer it. 506 area code is New Brunswick Canada and don't know anybody out there.... I'm sure it's scam....My phone number was registered in the No Call List...I'll try to call FTC ... this people need to be stop!!!!

What I've noticed about this number and other calls that I have received that are apparent scams is that they all begin with "+" followed by the number.  Speaking with my cell phone co. (AT&T), the plus sign indicates that these calls do not originate in the states.  So from now on, if the number begins with a "+", I won't be answering.  

I have always been very careful not to give out my cell number, so I believe these people are using automatic dialers and are inputting a different number from which the call originates.

Maybe this will help someone else.

This was a missed call at 3:12PST - was in a meeting so I didn't pick up. Glad I didn't! Pesty scammers!

This evening (May 20, 2008) I received a call stating that my vehicle warranty was about to expire. After pressing one to speak to an operator, someone introduced himself as Jaime (male voice) from the Auto Protection Center and verified my Verizon cell number. He immediately asked for my VIN number and Insurance information. I asked him which one of my vehicles the call was about, as I have several vehicle (non with a warranty however). He said they did not have access to that information (no kidding). I told him this sounded to me like a solicitation call, and to remove my number from their call list. He simply said, "Have a nice day" and hung up. Scammers...

same as everyone ..they called my cell.. rang 2 times..wouldn't let me call back because too many numbers so I took the 0 off at the end and kept getting busy signal

just called, i never answer anyway, but thinking of recording next time, damn scammers

They called me saying I won a really cheap vacation/cruise/theme park package.

Received a call at 11:44 a.m. May 20 ( 506-222-10470 ) I did not answer it because I had no idea where the call was coming from so if anyone ever finds out what is up with this # please pass on the info.

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone as well and we have been getting messages on our AM at home about extending our warranty on our cars. I know it's a scam because my husband and I both have newer cars with great warranties!

says its "Rachel" from your credit card company, has information how I can lower my interest rates.

Just got the call a minute ago (10:48) Eastern time.
