Just got this call on my cell phone.  Did not answer.  Looks like whoever is calling has been busy today.  Thanks for everyones post.

Just got the same call 5 minutes ago with 11 digits as well, I did not answer and no message was left. I always google numbers I do not know.

I got the same call this morning.  I found out though that this number is from Longhai, China.  Country Code 5062 number 221-0470.  Beware of these calls.  Even if you unlimited long distance on your phone.  This is only limited to the United States.  When you try to call back they can charge you thousands of dollars.

I just got the same call at 4:20p.m. I didn't recognize the number so I didn't pickup. I googled the number and found this page. Glad I didn't pick up the call!

Just received call from this number. I could not attend and so it showed as if there is a message left. I listened to the message and it was just wide noise as if some one did not wish to speak. Looks like a scam.

Same as most of the above, lower my interest rate on credit cards.  I pushed #1 and got a male who asked if I was ready to lower my credit card interest rate.  I asked why he was calling me about this and he hung up.  Pure and simple, this is a scam.  What irks me the most is that they called my cell number.  I am going to file a gov complaint on this.

i got a call from this  number *506 2 221 0470  ok let me explain this number is called from costa rica  the reason it has an extra digit is becasue  you dail 506 for an area code and then 2 is the city and then the number  it is registerd to a hotel fax line..  i have been doing some investigation on other websites like this one  excecpt i got it for a free cruz to the bahamas   whoopti do cause they called me yesterday wanting to lower my credit intresst rate and i dont have a credit card

Telemarketer called about lowering interest rates on my credit cards.  Talked to an operator and asked which one of my Credit Card company he was with...he replied all of them we can lower you rate.  Told him to take me off their call list...then things got very ugly lots of swearing and physical threats.  My number in on the national no call list since June 2003.  I see that is came from New Brunswick,Canada and the number showed eleven digits.

Got call from unknown caller--think it may be chargeable and unwanted.

i just got a call from this number myself, and thought i would check this site before i called it back (it makes me nuts when i don't know who called).  no voice mail message, either.

This number 506-222-10470 showed up on the caller ID. I did not answer, could tell it was one of those scam phone numbers...which are becoming quite common! They did not leave a message.

I received same call last night 5/20/08 didn't answer thats what brought me here.
