received messge that there was insufficient funds in bank account to cover a draft??? did not say for what nor for how much, and did not say the name of the bank. Left message that this was an urgent matter and needed my immediate attention!

I have received 3 calls so far from this number starting on July 10th 2012. I checked my bank balance, it's fine, not overdrafrted. In the 3rd message, this Mr. Sebastian is talking about some kind of property I've received and that I need to call him to avoid being punished by state and county laws...  It's a time sensitive matter that needs to be handled right away. I don't have a clue who this person is but my account is fine... still has a little money in it and it's upsetting and frustrating me that this stranger is calling and threatening me with state and county law crap. I'm not giving him any info, but I would like to know how he got my phone number...  I'm in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Good luck with his calls...

Ive received two calls from them also stating that i need to call bak and its time sensitive my acc is overdrafted for one reason. I didnt know i was signed up at skype for automatic refill when my bal is low. Im starting to think this has to do with skype.

I received a message today as well from "Mr. Sebastian" saying that I had insufficient funds in my bank account and to call him back because it is a time sensitive matter.  I checked my balance and there is PLENTY of funds.  I called my bank and they said they would identify themseleves if the call was from them.  I would never call a number like that EVER and please don't fall for this stupid trick!!!  I am reporting this.

I recieved a call from Mr. Sebastian who left a message saying all the same crap. Insufficient funds for a returned items fee, it was time sensitive,  blah, blah, blah. I thought it was weird that he didn't state what company he was affiliated with and everything he said was very vauge. He left a 800 number to call back, which I just got an answering machine that said no one was available to take my call and it was "Mr. Sebastian's" voice, which I thought was super odd considering that if he was from a debt collection agency, it wouldn't sound like a private voicemail and he didn't specify who he was affiliated with.

So, I called back the 507-216-4186 number and "Mr. Sebastian" himself answered. I asked, what is this all about? Who are you affiliated with? He stated that he was a mediator to help resolve matters such as this. Then he changed it to how this wasn't about my account,  but my mother's bank account with Wells Fargo and I was put down as a reference back in 2011. He then preceded to ask me to have her get a hold of him. I told him that I will do no such thing and to take me off the list.

Hmm...very weird. The whole thing just did not sit well with me.

Same thing happened, EXACTLY, to me, lol.  Didn't reply to say the least...

Pretty much the same story as the others. Mr. Sebastian wanting me to call back about an insufficient funds issue. I have already added him to my blacklist app.

i had a call yesterday from this number mr.sebastian stating an nsf return and that i needed to call back that it was an urgent matter .. so i called back and he stated that i had a debt with cutter group and that they were taking me to court for fraud on crossing a check in state lines or something like that and i told him that they were included in my bk and that i wantd all the info he was saying sent to me so that i can give to my lawyer he then said no he wasnt going to do that so i told him that they are  a scam and to quit calling me he wanted me to pay 350 over the phone with him to stop any further legal action . i told him to go ahead i want to see them serve me before they get anything from me which they wont because they are a scam!!! losers

Mr. sebastian called me, 3 times now, leaves same msg as he has to others, I have no money, have no bank acct, don't have skype, don't have a smart phone, but did recently have a death in the family.  I think they want to scare people who have recently last a loved one, maybe getting info from newspaper or online obituaries.  I use the library computer, don't have cable or satellite TV, and am on the do not call list.  I called, told them they were a scam and to take my number off their list or I would report them to the state attorney general, which I think I'll do anyway.

I got that exact same call today from the same man he said all the same things you just posted I had thought about calling back and telling him to send me his so called docments he has and just see what he says,

Someone called from 507-216-4186 and left a message stating that an unual transaction was done with my Bank account and to call to resolve the matter. Voicemail said to ask for Mr. Sylvester. Called back and a guy answered, asked for my name. He begin typing some information in which I could hear in the background. I immediately knew it was a scam, so I disconnected the call and deleted the #.
