The reason a large portion of the people are having trouble with this number is because this number is being "Spoofed" by Delta Outsource Group, a collection agency located in O'Fallon, MO.  They will try and gather enough information to create an account.  Many bank accounts have been drained by this establishment and many "Spoofed" phone numbers have been fraudulently used to aquire information.
This not only hurts people by the harrassment, but also hurts the establishment that the number belongs to.

I've gotten 3 calls from this number, but I never pick up.  They never leave a message either.  Should I answer and tell them to leave me alone?

I received 2 calls from this number today so I decided to call them back. A guy answered and told me that I had reached the next round of a $10k home improvement contest and all I needed to do was answer some questions. The first question was whether or not I owned a home. I didn't say yes or no and the guy said "Ok next question." I cut him off and told him to remove me from any calling lists that I was on. The guy immediately hung up without acknowledging me.

I've now placed this number in my google voice do no answer list.

They called again today.  The previous # they used was 320-403-1114. This is a legit home improvement business called Your Home Improvements. But their method of calling and having dead air on the line and hanging up is not kosher in the state of MN. So I called them and spoke to Bill - again, from this company.  Their robo phone system is internal meaning they load and manage phone # themselves.  If you want your phone # scrubbed, call Bill at 1-800-557-2701.  You can talk to Melissa too.

They keep calling & when i answer they hang up!!!

Left an automated voice mail stating the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me. BUUULLLLL!!!
