Just got a call from this number. Called it back, didnt ring, no one answered and then it hung up.

I'm getting scam lower your interest rate calls from this #.

I received a call from 507-443-9087 and would like to report it as spam and unwanted.

Didn't recognized #, didn't answer.  Sounds like telemarketer wanting to lower interest rates on credit cards.

so tired of this. get one of these calls, block the number. month later get another call, block the number. so much for being on the DO NOT CALL registry and opting out on this sort of activity with all my financial institutions, etc.

Damnedable phone spam!

I just got a call from this number. My caller ID said it was from Minnesota. At first it sounded like a real call rather than a robot, but it was from "Cardholder Services" so I just hung up. So annoying.

Recording, something about a credit card I don't have.  Blah blah blah.

these spammers route their calls from out of the US...spoof to a legitimate number
so it shows up as from within the US.  virtually impossible to catch/shut down.

Automated call from Card Holder Services wanting to lower my rate, even though they have no affiliation with any business I do business with.  I agree with Jared.

To customer service; you call and interrupt me, you call continuously, I know you want to make a living too. But you realize that you are coming into my home or into my car and disturbing me from my peaceful time of whatever I'm doing. It's more than just earning a living you are invading my privacy you shouldn't have a job like this. This is abusing the freedom of speech, which is what allows you to stay in business. Leave us alone! Go get a real job and stop bothering people at home in their cars at work I didn't invite you in, so please get a life and leave me alone get a real job stop being a bottom feeder find a different job!

I traced this number back to this site.
Its for porn. Im also on the do not call list. This number was routed out of some third world country china who the hell knows? through minnesota. This is BS!!

If we really want these calls to stop, the answer is really simple.  Contact your congressmen about changing the law.  Currently the FCC and FTC can fine these companies but the problem is, the owners and operators are protected as the company is an LLC.  So the company gets the fines and the fact is, when they get caught, they will just shut the company down and thus the FCC and FTC don’t see a dime and even if they do, it won’t be much anyway.  The owners and operators have already made their money and will just start a new company tomorrow and continue to make money.  Until the law is changed, this cycle will just repeat itself.  What needs to be done is that the law needs to be changed to make what they do from a civil infraction to a criminal.  This way the owners and operators of these companies cannot just close the doors and walk away, they will be on the hook for the fines and they will also serve time in jail.  This would be the biggest threat to them; their financials and their liberty is at risk for running a telemarketing company like they do.  The issue still comes to finding them, but when they are caught, it is not just a slap on the wrist.  The owners, operators and employees all need to be brought to justice for their crimes.  So ask your representatives to change the law and make illegal telemarketing truly illegal and punishable by fines and prison time.  You should also contact people on the telecommunication committee that can actually write the law for it to be voted on.  When they get sick of hearing the complaints, maybe something will be done about it.

They called & I did not answer. They did not leave a message. I did a reverse search & found out there have been complaints about this number as a credit card telemarketer.

calls every day, lower ur interest rates......don't have a credit card. never anyone on the line.

The callers are the drug-addicted "card services" scammers who call us pretending to be associated with our credit card companies in the hope they can fool us into giving them our credit card numbers so they can rip us off. People that have given their card numbers to these lowlifes have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these slimy creatures, and warn others before they are cheated.
