Woman identified herself as Life Giving Moments, asked for wife by name. Not available and no message, hung up when asked about company. There is a website using that name, but originating in NM, not MN. Will log a Do Not Call complaint.

Unsolicited call asking for me by name. Said it was a "survey". Refused to give any info about organization (Life ??? Moments?) when asked. Would not answer when asked where she got my number. Read from a script - would not respond to anything I said/asked. Finally hung up on me.

I just got a phone call and answered her survey questions and I managed to push two buttons in the process.  Now I wish I hadn't.  She said that Stepping Stone would call in a few days and I now have a credit of $5.00 just for answering their questions. Don't know if they are for real or did I give someone access to something.

Someone called and asked for my daughter by name.  When I asked why they hung up.

Yep - got a call from the same number.  Showed up on caller ID as Life Giving Moments.  Didn't answer - they left no message.  A survey huh?  Sounds like they are manipulating the Do not call registry guidelines since "surveys" are exempt.  They are probably accessing the registry and using the very phone lists created to stop this type telemarketing for their own gains.  I can't think of any other reason or way they would have my unlisted number.  The ONLY common thread I could have with this group is the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY. Nice - always getting around the system.

Ofcourse the crooks read the DNC list, they pretend to be legit and ask questions until they ask personal questions along with financial information, and when you question them back they either hang up the phone or curse(cry) like toddlers.

Got a voicemail message today, they identified as "Life Giving Moments" on Caller ID. Live person, as she referenced my message, and said, "We are not a marketing company. We just want to help people with any Bible questions they have." I wish I had been home, as I'm an atheist. Would have been interesting. :-P

These folks call from a variety of numbers ... you block one ... and then they simply call through on another.  Never have answered the phone ... but has all of the earmarks of the typical scammer.  One of the other numbers they call on in 646 558-6688.

Just received a phone call from this number.  However, there was nothing appearing on my phone screen...just their phone number 507-540-0340.  Left now message.  This is so frustraing, to say the lease!!  I am one of the millionth customers to be on the DNC list and they still whistle their way into getting phone numbers to bother people who are trying to relax after a hard day at work.  With them bothering us all the time, it's useless!  Wish there was some way we could blow a LOUD whistle in their ear so that they would stop calling!  I guess they have nothing better to do than to pick numbers at random and call.  They are all a bunch of idiots!!  No sense on being in the DNC list...IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!

Got the same survey.  Checked out the websites for "Life Giving Moments" and "Stepping Stones Entertainment".  They seem to be legit, but maybe I'm more gullible than I realized.

With regard to the "ADHD woman" referenced above, I'm pretty sure the repeated responses are all computer-stored sound bites that the caller uses in order to be able to do this for hours at a time without losing her voice (digital voice recorder,,,)

Not interested in sending any money to these folks, but imho, they DON'T appear to have a nefarious agenda...just the opposite appears to be the case.

Here is an idea.  Go to the link below and, using a made-up name (like the one above) and made-up email address, send them a message telling them what you think of them.  Yes, they will be able to get your IP address but there is nothing they can do with it.

Just received a call from the same number y'all described.. except it did not  say the company name.  The woman ask to speak with my father and I ask who was calling.. she got very rude and said rather loudly "I want to speak with George"  I spoke up loudly and said to her "HES DEAD"  and hung up on her.   Folks.. this DNC list seems to not work.. I have repeatedly put my number into this list.. so they are calling illegally.. and I believe this is a scam....

we received the same call this morning ask for my husband by name and when I ask her what  the call
was about she hung up, you would think the state attorney could do some thing about these calls.

I wasn't home and they left no message. Call was from Le Sueur, MN.

I just got a call from them asking for my husband (by his first name). When I stated that he no longer lived here, they very nicely said, "Well, thank you for your time and have a nice day" and hung up. The caller ID said it was Life Giving Moments.

I got a similar call last week (with no caller ID information, which was odd), however when they asked if my husband was there and I said no, they hung up on me. TOTALLY RUDE!

Keeps calling my home number; never leaves message.
