hey are threating me with being locked up and saying I owe money from a quick cash and loan and I have not had an checking account for about 10 years

Calling saying stolen goods. With taking me to jail. I told them to come on. I haven't stole nothing.

I jus got off the phone with a guy named david miller sayin the same thing u guys are talkin bout but when I mentioned my attorney he said we're jus goin to have the police pick u up now cause that means your not complying and then he hung up on me lol they are a joke this same thing happened to me last year and I was arrested for sumin else after that and what they said never showed up

Yeah he called today saying hey this person that you are related to owes us money and you need to call us and such stuff it was really intimidating lol using really big words and I mean he got the relative right so im glad I found you guys and yes his name is David Miller is this guy for real

David Miller from MA State Check Fraud Division (No such place) called and when he said we have papers to serve you I told him come now here in MD. He got angry and said nevermind we will just file the papers and have you arrested and you will miss Christmas. I called back 3 times to get a supposed state government address for this division, but he just said he was goning to report me for harrassment. SCAM SCAM SCAM

He said he was from. The fraud division and that there would be a warrant for my arrest today. He wouldnt tell me for what or how i supposedly committed fraud.

David Miller called me today about an in-law. He left a message on my home phone saying he is with the fraud division. Sounds like he sure is. He used my full name and said that my in-law or I needed to call him back immediately at 508-202-4901. I think we should have everyone we know call David Miller. Oh and be sure to use the line he gave me, "GOVERN YOURSELF ACCORDINGLY"  who talks like this????
So do we report this call as a fraud to FCC or police??

Call from 508-202-4901. States his name is David Miller and he is with the fraud division. Said it is a case involving an in-law and that she or I need to call him back immediately. Said I need to "GOVERN MYSELF ACCORDINGLY". What??

One very important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!!

david miller claiming to be with the fraud division of the state of mass. called. he wanted my wife using her maiden name. claiming 3 charges against her but would not give me specifics because I would not give him her ss#. I called the state of mass. consumer fraud division 617 727 8400 and reported the call; the girl said no one from the state of mass would be making a call like this and to report it to the ftc 877 382 4357. I also called david miller back and told him off.

now this [***] has called my neighbor looking for my wife. I guess he thinks he will shame her into paying the only thing he is getting is a call from my attorney
