It has a recorded message when you call back "This magic jack customer is not available please leave a message".   Stated on voicemail left for me that it was looking into a civil suit ?????

I have this number on auto reject ( my phone don't ring buy it sends them to voice mail. ),  has called me about 3 dozen times usually people laughing on my voice mail or music. But today I got a person saying that there could be a legal matter. And they used my maiden name,  I've been married for 6 years now. I answered 1 time and it was dead air and they hung up on me.

At 2:07 PM I received a call from this 508-217-1651 asking for a Amanda Clark concerning a law-suit, and asked if she was here? I said, No, No one by that name here. I asked him if he had the number that he stated that he had for Amanda, and he said, 509-995-51** I stated it was my number, but no Amanda Clark lived here by that cellphone number. He hung-up after that!
Glad to know that I'm not the only one receiving this call from 508-217-1651 concerning a law-suit against Amanda Clark.....
This call is coming out of Massachusetts.......

I have received numerous calls from this number. I am told the call is a search for a person(Not a resident in my home) regarding a civil complaint. Each time I am assured that my number has been removed. These calls have come 2-3 times a day. The caller DI shows that the call originated in Bridgewater MA.

This is a scam.... They called and said there was a civil suite and that I needed to call another person to find out more information. I work in Law Enforcement and know how these things work.... I told them to take a hike!

The call may have been showing as a "508" area code, but these scammers use a number from the area code of the same individual they are calling merely to place the threat or scare tactic, if you will, with "serving" or "court case".  They ALWAYS tell to immediately call another number.  99 times out of 100, if you called that "508" number that showed up on your caller ID you would reach a disconnected number or they wouldn't answer.

Blank air, but called twice in the span of like 2 minutes

This phone call is fraudulent, please not answer this call. The phone is registered in Massachusetts as Legal Court but this is total false. Please report this situation with police as soon as possible.

I got same number of 508-217-1651 that call me my cello phone caller I'd and I miss the call and I call said leave meager. I don't know who is that person call me at 503-302-2437. I never have any trouble my live and also I don't answer phone only text because I am deaf.

I received a call from this number yesterday at my home.   Asked something about receiving some legal documents - today the same number called my work number - directly to my desk -  not routed through our company's switch board.  When I answered I stated, this is Michelle - a woman said "Sorry I have the wrong number"?

I just got the same caller to my parents house and they were asking for my maiden name which has not been used in over 15 years... So yeah don't give any information at all. If anyone is trying to serve you papers for a civil actions then they will show up in person by the sheriff's department. Not over the phone. Do not fall for this crap.

I've been receiving calls from this number for a couple of weeks now. During the first call, I was able to look up the information and find out that it was not really about legal papers/civil suit. Since then, I've been answering the calls just to give them a hard time in hopes that I could get more information. Today, after I stated that I knew that the guy was lying about the legal documents, he said it was in reference to a bill I owe. The call did not last much longer after I pointed out that he admitted what they tell people is a lie.

This number has been calling me daily.
They Try to sound scary and make threats that you will go to jail and they need to serve papers for a debt owed.
I was a collections manager for years and bottom line is :
You have to be served civil papers first and be summoned by a court in your state or province.and you can't go to jail for a debt (unless you were writing bad checks and then you would have a warrant from your local law agency).
This company is using illegal tactics that violate the Federal Fair Debt Collection Act.

In my state a collection agency has to be licensed in my state to collect from a person living in said state ( no matter where debt occurred).
This company is a bottom feeder meaning they bought old debt for pennies and are trying to cash in.
They are quite possibly over seas and are defiantly not legal.

Also in my state I can check the state repository court records which will show if someone has filed a suit or any legal action. Hope this helps someone rest easier .i have reported this number to my states department of finance and blocked the number

Update: I received another call from them today. This time, the caller started by saying I won a prize. Then he immediately said, "Oh, I'm sorry. I got my queues mixed up". Then, he hung up.

Might sound kind of random but did anyone that has received a call from this number recently place an order with the fraudulent True Religion site?
