They have called me 3 times in the last 5 days. They hang up when my answering machine answers.

received call & hang up on answering machine, called back automated message references fundraising center but does not identify entity nor what type of fubdraising being conducted

i had several hang ups when answering machine picked up

calls everyday 3 times a day and hangs up or if machine picks up never leaves a message

they asked for a roommate who was unavailable at the time, when I asked who it was they said soemthing about a courtesy call..

I also get several calls a day from this number. When I see the number I don't pick up and they never leave a message. I figure if they don't leave a message its not importanat.

Massachusetts Fraternal Order of Police, well at least a marketing agency for them, or claiming to be working for them. When they called the first time it was extremely unprofessional, hard to believe it could be legit, but maybe.

I've received several calls from them in the past and completely agree with "aslan" about them being unprofessional.  In fact, the last time I answered and actually talked to the guy on the other end, he thought I hung up on him because I stopped speaking after I told him I was not interested in donating and he called me a "mother f*cker".  Nice, huh?  Afaik, they are not asked to collect money by the FOP, they do so on their own and they take a large cut of the money donated (while giving the FOP a bad name with how they talk to the people they call)....so my suggestion is that if you're looking to donate, contact your local police station yourself and avoid these clowns!
