Male robot:  "Hi! How are you?"  When I didn't answer, he eventually said, "Are you there?"  I responded, but he gave up on me.

We got a call from this number today at 2:18 pm and didn't answer. The caller ID was UNKNOWN NAME. No voice mail message was left. When I called back (our number is hidden by default on outgoing calls), a recording answered. It sounded like a female synthesized voice of low quality. Some robo calls sound almost human. This automated answer did not. The number will be added to our call blocker.

I have been getting 1 to 2 calls daily from this number. They don't leave a message. When is our Government Going to put an end to these calls. We pay enough taxes on each phone they should be rolling in the dough. Either put an end to this type of call or stop charging taxes on the phones!!!!!!!!!!!!

just got a call from this number @ 2:08 pm today-left no message so I called back (my ph# is blocked). A young man talking very fast thanked me for calling back. He is with the Foundation for First Responders and Firefighters Assoc. asking for a donation.I  told him that I didn't give my credit card info over the phone and that he would have to mail me something. He said he would but only if I would pledge to donate at least $15, which would cover mailing and postage. I told him "no" and he told me he would mail the info out and hung up (he didn't ask for my address and I didn't give it.). blocking this number right now. He also told me that the donation was tax deductable because they are a 501 3c company.

I got 2 phones from this number one yesterday at 6pm and today at 2pm...today the caller left a vm: Hi, this is Ray."...then figured out it was a  vm and hung up.

How can we get around these annoying phone calls!

Just got a call  from this number 508-258-7218 this evening at 8:13 p.m.  Caller ID read "Unknown Number".  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  Another one added to call block.  PITA

Called me at 10:46AM on a Sunday. I did not answer. No message was left. I just blocked this number.

I have received calls from this phone number,too. They didn't leave messages. But I did call back to check out who it was..A guy answered saying my name "hi mary" through my called ID, not hello or what was this organization. He finally  gave me his name and what this number is supposedly for --- raising money for "first responders" and then gave me an aggressive sale's pitch. I didn't fall for it but I was completely unnerved that he had caller ID to identify me.
I'm calling my carrier to find out if something can be done.

I got a live person... I think...

Called and left no message, so I blocked all future calls.  Came up on Caller ID as S Yarmouth MA which is up on Cape Cod, but I seriously doubt that this call really originated there.
