It cannot be legit! They have called repeatedly 3-4x a day this week! A guy calling out a person's first name only, and also calling from 351-202-0115. It's downright creepy.

Got a call from 508-266-8239. The first 2x they asked for my wife. after that when I answer the call they just hang up. I've gotten 6-7x in 4 days. I use Vonage and was able to block the number. I called the number back, there is no one to talk to. Customer service is just a recording asking you to leave a message. They do give you the option removing your number but I'm on Do not Call list.

Have been calling every day, how do I stop this?

This number calls a couple of times a day. There is a Veterans Support Fund, located in Daytona Beach Florida with a phone listed as 386-257-3030. The number that calls, ID: VET SUPPORT FND has a 508 area code, that is one of the area codes for Massachusetts.  The call doesn't even get to the voice mail before hanging up. Given that, the number has joined the 200 others that I have blocked.

Called at 9 in the morning looking for someone to scam

Simply put, it’s a scam...don’t pick up, don’t call the number back...Just don’t interact with them, or anyone else who’s caller ID is suspicious.
