This company is a scam they call me and told me I took out a cash advance and did not pay it back.  They had my name, SSN and bank account information.  The man would not give me his company name.  I told him that i was going to file charges against his company and he would not divulge the company name.

Yeah they said the same thing to me but the start getting aggravated when you ask them for specific details I think one of the online companies I order through sold my info and they use the only info they have to scare you some companies will sell your Ssn and your name and address and bd but that's all they have they shouldn't have your banking info or anything else just ignore the call

Harassing phone calls complaint. unidentified party/company had my complainants personal information, SS#, account #, work and cell #'s. Originally called giving information of an urgent matter to be settled and gave number to call. As above when details were asked for as to the nature of the urgent matter and company name; the unidentified male became combative and hostile with the reporting party.  Unidentified male called several times in the same day. At one point unidentified male stated he was with the F.B.I and was going to shoot the reporting party.  The reportying party stated that they were notifying the police. Calls have since stopped.  I Spoke with a Quest operator, number is probably a "spoof" number. Did find that the number is out of Brockton Mass.  Spoke with Quest Repair (1-800-573-1311)
reported the issue. not much they can do at this time. was advised that any time you recieve a harassing phone call. dial *57 after the call. this will log and pull up information on the call if any exist.

I have been receiving calls from this and serveral other numbers but they are all the same people. The one guy claims he is "Charles Miller" which he clearly is not. They are a scam...everytime I google search a new number they call from its always the same info. They are asking for someone that does not live here but they don't get it. They just call back to be annoying and try to get my info. NO DONT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GIVE OUT ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!! Call the Federal Trade Commission and report all that you can to them. I have been receiving calls from these people since January. I have filed a police report (they can't do anything), called the FBI but they will refer you to the Federal Trade Commission. Just keep track of the numbers they call from and the times and dates they call!

I have been getting calls at my place of employment and my cellphone from this numer.when i try to call it back it says its not in service. man named "Ben Rogers" has been calling saying he is from the state of mass. investigation department. What kind of scam company is this?

I keep getting calls from this number saying that I owe them money I just keep saying uh huh over the phone and they get passed off and hang up

Mr. Cooper (unknown company with lots of background noice similar to a telemarketing company) calls here at least 2-3, sometimes 5-6, times a day asking for a person who doesn't work here. Everyone who answers the phone for our company tries to tell him that, but it doesn't do any good.

"Charles Smith" called me with the same garbage...with a middle-eastern accent! LOL!!

Mr Cooper also called me at my work about 10 times in 1 day, claiming I owed money.  Had my ss# and bank acct #.  Was very rude and nasty. I finally had my boss get on the phone, but it did not work.  He keeps calling.  How do you get them to stop?  Have no idea who these people are but it is very disturbing all the info they have.

I received the same call today. They knew my bank acct number too. When I told them I knew it was a scam, they repeatedly called me a b****.  I called the police, but there was not much they could do.

I GOT THE SAME CALL TWICE NOW FROM A CHARLES SMITH(GUY WITH A MIDDLE EASTERN ACCENT AND COULD BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH- HA CHARLES SMITH MY ASS!) AT WORK AND ONCE ON MY CELL PHONE TELLING ME THIS WAS A FEDERAL MATTER AND I WAS BEING CHARGED WITH CHECK FRAUD AND MONEY LAUNDERING AND RACKATEERING FROM TAKING OUT AN ONLINE PAYDAY LOAN.. I TOLD THE MAN I AM NOT STUPID ENOUGH TO EVER TAKE OUT A PAYDAY LOAN YET AN ONLINE PAYDAY LOAN.. I TOLD HIM MY ATTORNEY WOULD BE CALLING AND TAKING THIS MATTER INTO HIS HANDS AND HE INSISTED THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THAT MY ATTORNEY COULD DO HE WASNT THE ONE BEING CHARGED.. I AM SORRY THAT IS THE POINT OF AN ATTORNEY AND IF HE WAS A FEDERAL AGENT THAT HE CLAIMED TO BE HE WOULD CLEARLY KNOW THIS AND I AM PRETTY SURE IF I WAS TRUELY BEING CHARGED WITH ALL THESE CHARGES THAT THE FBI AND [***] WOULD HAVE ME IN CUFFS BEHIND BARS WHILE THEY CONDUCT THEIR INVESTIGATION.. NOT TO MENTION THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT ISNT GOING TO HIRE A RAG-HEAD TO DEAL WITH THEIR BUSINESS THAT CANT SPEAK ENGLISH AND IS COMPLETELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND AFTER 9-11 I HIGHLY DOUBT THAT THEY EMPLOY ANY MIDDLE EASTERN PEOPLE.

I received a call from this same number at work today.  I was so upset I left work an hour early to find out what was going on. The person I spoke to told me that a short-term loan co. had tried to take money out of my bank acct and couldn't get it so they were filing charges against me.  He wanted me to verify my ss, my bank acct number etc and I refused.  I asked for a number to call him back and this he gave me this same number.  I came home, checked my bank acct and no one had tried to take money from my acct.  Then I googled Detections Financial Fraud Dept. and found this website.  Then I called the police department and gave them the phone number and the name the man gave me.  The officer is going to call me back.  Please folks be careful...don't give anyone your info no matter who they say they are.

Same, received 6-7 calls within an hour from a Divid Zirez (had a very heavy Middle Eastern accent).  Again tried to tell me I owed money for an internet loan, wanted me to verify information (which I did not), became very hostile when I hung up, threatened to call my employer (which is illegal), told him to go ahead as I was calling the police.

Company keeps calling asking for a person who doesn't even live here. Then proceeds to get rude to multiple people in my house hold. I run a business through this number as well so over 30 times a day I will receive a phone call that is some man screaming at me for my social sec number and TELLING me my name is some one else. When my niece picks up the phone to calmly talk to them (she is 28yrs old) the man calls her a stupid girl and gets extremely rude with all of my family member, This has to stop!!

Omg did they stop they keep calling my job and becomes very rude to whoever answered the line how did u get them to stop

Got a call from this number wanting to speak to one of my employees.  He said his name was Oscar Smith and that he needed to speak with her about a legal matter-- that this employee was defrauding my company.  Said he was from the Dept of DFF in Massachusetts.  I took his number and then found this information on the number.  I called back and told them not to ever call our number again and if he did I would report him to the police.  He became very rude and wanted to know how I found the information about his number.  I hung up on him.  What an inconvenience-- he needs to stop.  You can hear alot of noise in the background and he speaks with an accent that is hard to understand.

Please let us know how we can protect ourselves from this.  It's one thing to get calls on your personal phone, but when they are calling you at work relentlessly and being rude to your co-workers, including your boss; it's rough going.  I now have a disclinary action in my personnell as a result of this.  Who can we call about it.

These people continue to call this facility we have advice them we are a medical facility and no one here by the person they are requesting. We have ask them to stop they will not they are requesting $100.00 to be western union to them and they will stop haressing us.

I did receive calls from DFF. The name David Zirez sounds familiar. He said I owe $525 for a payday advance & I was laundering money from getting one. I have already paid $255 to them & am trying to get the rest paid but now i am convinced this is a fraud. I do not know what to do now.
