Another fraud, electric service scam according to white pages. Looks like reports just started a couple days ago, by next week they will be on to the next scammed number.

Received a call on my smartphone from this telephone number. No message was left. Anonymous callback reached a Verizon Core recording saying that my call could not be completed as dialed. Number has been blocked.

"Public Service announcement...   Reduce your electric bill." SCAM? I don't know, but do AVOID.

"Clean Planet Project" -"we're not a company, we're a community group qualifying people for solar energy": a scam, of course. I strung them along for five minutes.

It's a robo-call for reducing your electric bill. I filed a complaint with FCC for violating the do not call list seeing robo-call are illegal unless you(the consumer) has given prior written consent to receive such calls. More people should file against companies like these instead of just posting about them. Maybe then we all can get them to stop.

Just received a call from this number, ID Attleboro, MA. Left a recorded message concerning the "electric rate increase coming soon," complete with call back number and press 1 if you no longer want to be called. This is the fifth number from Attleboro with this message since January of this year. Don't touch it, Block it.

Got a call to my cell phone from this number on 01 Sept 2016. I use it mostly for emergencies. After two rings, it provides a message for callers to leave a number. I respond only when I know who's calling. (Lots of calls seek money.) Three, perhaps four times, a caller has advised me of a way to reduce my electric bills, with the call ending before that method was specified. My electricity charges have nearly doubled, as Democrats have pushed to shut down and not replace coal, oil, gas, and nuclear energy plants that generate electricity. Democrats prefer more costly energy generation sources. I doubt the scammers advise people not to vote for Democrats.

Oops! It's my regular phone that provides the message for callers, which I use to screen callers.
