Small Biz Network. Wanted to give me $250,000 biz credit card. All I had to do is press 1. I pressed 7 - delete
Unsolicited recorded call telling me to call another number for a free business line of credit Visa card for $250,000. Instructed to speak with "Kathy at extension 301. The number provided was 800-895-6827.
There are people who get business numbers & addresses and then sell them to companies like this one. My company has been closed for three years and I am still getting calls like this one and SB credit card offers in the mail. These lists just keep getting circulated. I don't think it will ever stop.
Same crap, called them and told them to put me on THEIR DNC list, they called back to fight with my request. Search Google, seems most of thier customers are very disatisified.
I'm the newest addition to this list I see. I've also been getting MULTIPLE calls from them, until today no one ever said anything, I would always pick up and didn't get anything on the other end of the line. Today, I got the typical pre-recorded message all of you have been getting, with the offer for the MC. Of course, I will report them. They are VERY annoying and wished they went away!
I just posted my complaint, and I have new information about those crooks. The main number where you can actually get a LIVE person (aka BAIT) is 800.817.1726, and I called and played dumb, pretending to be interested in their products. Their affiliated thru Bank of America, so :
PEOPLE, start calling Bank of America and tell them their affiliate, Small Business Network is in BIG TIME violation of the DO NOT CALL privacy act, and threaten them (Bank of America) to file a complaint with the FTC if THEY don't take care of their deadbeat rotten apples......
Good luck to you all!

Thank you for that info. I find it very humorous that the bank behind this is Bank of America, here is why, I filed business bankruptcy and Bank of America was on my list. It's humorous that they are still calling me with credit card offers!
Same info as other people -- automated sales call from "Kathy" with the Samll Business Network hawking a $250,000 business credit card and other services. They left a voicemail on my Do Not Call-listed cell phone, which is not associated with any business.
I've been receiving a large number of business-to-business soliciting calls to my personal cellphone recently, which is strange. I spoke with one of the agents with the Small Business Network to see if they could tell me what source or list vendor they're getting my information from.
Just got a call and answered it. Yeah, right! I wonder what these scammers are up to with this? It gives me the creeps. I would never do business with someone with these tactics.

What if the tables were turned and we took a peak at their business - Dennis & Helen Walker. Oh, by the way, you can check out their house if you search Google maps, and check out the street view. You can even see the address on the front gate. Living large off the chumps out there.

Well it seems that the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY dosen't work very well because this company SBN (Small Business Network Inc.) www.SBNI.com has been up to their solicitation game again. I have received multiple calls from 508-438-2672 with the recorded message that I have been approved for a small business loan of up to $250,000.00. Every time I have reported the call and it apparently is a waste of time. This time I also called the 800 number and option 5 and asked for my number to be removed from their list. Why don't these people have to comply? Gets very frustrating when you can't even tell a real person off! I think my next call will be to my senator. Ha Ha ...like that will do some good.
Got the call from "Kathy" at "SBN" this morning. A search of the ph.# led to this board. Hi folks. One thing about the "Do Not Call" listing is that it can block any personal solicitations but not small business #s. My landline and cell double duty as business phones, so it's legal for the vampires to call my biz line. Report the robot "Kathy" and her soliciting pals to the FTC and your state agencies. One more note here; No bank, no matter how greedy the shareholders be, will offer "up to $ 250,000 " in unsecured credit.
