I received a call regarding the same as the others regarding a payday loan that was in default and that I would be able to fix it without prosecution if I paid an amount due today.  It's a scam, they get you if you have ever applied for a payday loan usually.

These guys are very threatening and need to be prosecuted.  They are claiming I've defaulted and they can't tell you who you owe.  This has to be a scam.

They call me like 7 times a day, they say, I'm sorry, same guy I think, well the same indian accent, lots of noise in back, I finally answer today and the guy says I have defaulted my payday loan, I said I don't have one, he starts screaming every name in the book you can call someone, and I said I want an english speaking supervisor, so he swears a bun.ch again then tells me I will be locked up tonight for froud, ithen he tells me my address and social and say the sherrif will be over within the hour I said ill sit on my porch waiting, talk to you later.. and hung up, what is this country doing.. you know how many people prob get scared and do pay, then the real person they have a loan with really does default because the person thinks he paid them of.. its horrible..

For the last hour "Michael Lee" keeps calling my business from the legal department of DFF (Detection of Financial Fraud) for Cash Advance.  They are looking for one of my employees.  For at least an hour straight they tied up both phone lines from an Out of Area number.  I told them this is a business and stop calling her or she will be fired and they said "No! We won't stop until she calls us back!  She is a criminal lady....Don't you have shame in your eyes?"  I have contacted the local police and the local FBI office to report this and told them but they do not care.

i kept getting phone calls at my work and i finally was in when they called and i took the call and some guy who said his name was Calvin Walker who had a very strong indian accent said i had defaulted in my payday loan and transferred me to his supervisor and he told me that they were going to be filing a claim against me for check fraud and a bunch of other things. i told him that i don't even have a loan with that company and he said he was going to call my work and have me fired so i told him go ahead i am giving your # to my lawyer and he will be contacting you and you and my lawyer and handle this matter then he got really pissed and said i was going to have cops show up at my door to arrest me by 1 pm today.

I keep getting phone calls from these idiots maybe like 5 or 6 a day talking about some loan I appearently have from them. NEVER ONCE did I even contact these people for a loan or anything else for that matter. It seems to me like every time they call it's a dIfferent reason they called my boss and told him that I committed financial fraud and that they are a legal agency. And as I read the above posts it seems be some kind of SCAM! I recommend that everyone that gets a phone cal from these people just ignore them and report them to the authorities

I have been receiving calls from these people as well. the 1st call came from Emma Watson stating she had a very urgent and time sensitive matter she needed to speak to me about. Same as above comments there was alot of noise in the backround and the caller spoke very bad english. Difficult to understand. Now the calls are coming from Roy Cooper. He is also difficult to understand and leaves several msgs each day stating he has a very urgent time sensitive matter to discuss. He also states he needs a callback or this could end up in a legal mess. Roy calls my job daily and yesterday asked for my manager. When speaking to my manager he insisted she give him my home phone #. She would not and he became angry. Same as above comments he is calling my cell phone and work #. Last evening I finally answered when he called and we had a screaming match on the phone and I hung up on him. He called right back and insisted I owe him money. When I refused he told me he was going to call my manager and have me fired. I also have never had one of these so called loans and am very frustrated with these calls. They always end each call wishing me luck or telling me to have a great day. Something needs to be done to stop this.

I also was so scared to lose my job because they indian guy name Brandon Lawrence said I was going to jail. I believed him. Made one payment and after talking to the actual loan company they said not one payday loan would press charges or have a lasuit. I immediately calked my bank after hear from the loan company I borrowed from and they stated its a scam. I called my banktoday closed my credit card calked the cops filed a report. Now I have to go to the bank on Monday fill out paper work to dispute this transaction and ill get my money replaced. Ugh qhat jerks I felt so sick all day.

I got the same phone call today at work.  They called my office non stop for over a hour.  They called to my co work, my manager and myself.   They where every rude.

I've had the same issues as the rest of you, this place called me at work saying I took a loan from Cash Advance but I've never even heard of this place. I was immediately transferred to a supervisors began cussing me out and calling me names. They called back later that day and was still telling me I owed them money but was not willing to send me an invoice and or tell me the amount. After the 4th call I contacted the Federal Trade Commission and reported it to them. I recommend anyone else who deals with them to call the FTC as well. DFF had also called me from 303-330-0995, this is a scam and they try to use scare tactics to get you to pay them but do not!

2 men from this phone number call me at work threatening other employees as well as myself. they also talk very   badly to any one who answers the phone. If they were legimate they would leave the name of the company or when requested to have something mailed to me or have the authorties deliver me the papers in person they have no response. They are very rude and use vulgar language calling me names and making false statements. They also call using a number that will come up on caller ID as a friend or family member. What we did was called them back like the call us and it seems to annoy them. Once they realise that we have nothing to give them and we know they're fake, they'll stop.
