Very rude aggressive caller who is trying to scam multiple employees

I keep getting these's calls from the same person but also goes both various names Edward Johnson, Or Mr, Johnson , David Marshall , Carlos Beaz , i can go on and on what the names he uses its a joke , he calls my job all the time making problems for me at my job i told he to stop calling he's not getting anything out of me and he gets nasty and and says things to me that man should never say to a women ever . Its a scam and he and whoever is working with him are hackers , they need to be stopped i filed a police report with a detective that works in my local town and he did some leg work on this number and found out its a scam alright and there calling from a voice network 1 running off a net work some were out in Texas because there from over seas and running off a network in Texas so they can scam people in the US and use a fake number 508-463-0712 to make it seem there local in the US but there not and there not in Massachusetts ither  . They really need to be stopped . And there nothing but Scammers

If you haven't done so already, please do let your workplace know you are the victim of harassment by scammers.  It may help to give your HR Dept or manager a copy of the police report you filed.  Also report the callers to the FTC, FBI, Dept of Justice and your state's Attorney General.  Tell the callers you're recording all calls they make to you (even if you're not).  Other than that, there's not much you can do to get scammers to quit calling.

David Millar, sounds like Indian accent, who puts you on to his boss Edward John - also Melanie (who has a mans voice do think its David) Calling our premises incessantly. It sounds like a call center as you can hear other chatter and phones going in background. Calling for various staff members here, accusing them of having legal issues and ask them for SSN to verify who they are. Upon challenging who they are they get very abusive, curse and swear at you if you don't give them information. One staff member was threatened - 'We will be waiting for you tomorrow at your job' They called today and I questioned who they were. Evetually I got told they're calling from Legal Department of State of Massachusetts. I got angry back I was called a C**t and told 'Wait until I c** in your mouth and you will see' - I told them we reported them to the FBI they said 'I am the FBI'. How can these people get away with this?

I see by above these people have had numerous compliants and have been scamming or trying to scam for some time and nothing is being done. So what is a person to do when this continues, is there no recourse for such rude behavior? aside from getting angry and rude back and hanging up on them several times, they continue to call. We're a place of business so we finally called the phone company and have been able to put a block on thier calls from coming in, but I am hoping they will get shut down so others will not continue to be harassed. They're obscenely rude and don't seem to feel threatened even if told they've been reported, it is against the law to continue to call a place of business and ask for personal information of any kind. I hope that with enough complaints they will be shut down.

Received a call today on my cell phone and work number regarding legal matter.  Mr. David Miller and Mr. Bill Anderson cannot give me any dates or paperwork regarding whatever EFT that occurred in my account.  I offered to drive to Boston today so that I could handle this matter in person.  They hung up, then called and questioned my intelligence.  I told them it has nothing to do with that.  It's just that I am not comfortable paying for something that I cannot get any written documentation about.  They said to pay first then they would send me the documentation.  I told them again since they have everything, and I am only 3 hours away, I would make the sacrifice and leave my job and drive there.  I just need the address so I can meet them before 4:00pm.  They said I am stupid to make the drive and that they don't do that.  So they accussed me of not complying and now are going to call my job until the matter is taken care of.  They threatened to BLOW UP MY JOB!! Not sure how to take that.
I know this is a scam, but it's annoying.

they have been calling my place of work for one of our staff and have been totally verbally abusive, nothing seems to stop them i have been called an a..h...since last friday, they must use auto dial and the calls come in several different way: voice network 1, 508-463-0712, out of area and anoymous. it gets so frustrating isn't there anything that can be done, regardless of what you say, they have a nasty vulgar response.  

This idiot is using another # 858-777-7973. know it's the same guy, asks the for the same individual ea time and of course doesn't get connected so says until he gets what he wants, he'll continue to harass us.  sounds like calling from a call ctr. very rude, hostile and apparently has a huge amount of time on his hands as he's able to use a burner program that somehow links onto several #'s - some unlisted/ untraceable, and will plug a # into a magic jack that will continuosly call - a u-tube video is out on how to do that.. anyone able to figure out how to do that and has the time, do it right back to them.. put the magic jack on some kind of robo dial deal that will just blast him w/ phone calls at random he can't trace but maybe will tie up his lines!
