Called twice in succession - didn't leave a message.  I called the number back and a man with a thick Indian accent answered, "How can I help you?"  I'm feeling pretty sure that this is a scammer!!

Man with a thick indian accent called my home and my job telling me i have a warrant out for my arrest and that my social security number is under investigation and as soon as i said i was reporting the phone number he hung up.

This is a criminal extortion scam operating out of India. They are making the calls utilizing VOIP and the names of legitimate firms to make it appear the calls are originating from within the US. There is NO "company" or "debt" and you will NOT be arrested. They are harvesting and/or buying consumers' personal identifying information from unscrupulous websites like the one you may have filled out an application with, and you need to do whatever you can to protect yourself. This includes: Notifying the FTC: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/, placing fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, notifying your bank and employer and letting these criminals know you are aware they are attempting to extort money for a non-existent debt and have alerted the authorities.

People - don't answer your telephone to numbers that are unfamiliar to you.  report the number electronically to the FBI of your state.

the indian caller called me three times and said my social my job and my email, then said i owed $630 to a loan that i never paid and i was going to get arrested... then i called to police to check and confirm with them that this is a scam, and it is. the man called back and i told him if he calls back again that im going to call the police and file a report on him and he told me to suck his d*** 3 times

I don't have a choice but to answer my phone, he called her at our job, I gave him a piece of mind. it's ridicilous what they will go through. legal matter my ass.

This person keeps calling my home phone saying that the sheriff will be at my house and a lawsuit has been filed. I want him to stop calling this number.  Please investigate.  Obviously they are frauds.

Threatened to send Sheriff to my job within 2hrs and talk to my manager and have me fired. Send Sheriff to my home to serve me with a warrant and subpena to go to court. And if I lose this case I will be in jail for 6months.
