This number keeps calling and never leaves a message. Who are they?

No answer when I picked up the phone.

Just called a minute ago.  Picked up phone and they hang up.

Get a call but no one is on the line. My number is one the do not call list. Is so flustrating when you are busy and have to stop to answer just in case it is a family emergency.

Got the call and a recorded message said I had a limited time to reduce the interest on my credit card. Caller ID said Service Message.

Called to lower rate on cards.  Wanted last twelve numbers & expiration date.

I got the same call was wondering who it was now I know - called to lower the interest rate on my credit card ( ONLY PROBLEM IS I DON'T EVEN HAVE A CREDIT CARD) lol. But they need to stop calling because I am also on the do not call list!

just received call, have had them before, did not ;pick up, message said to press one, and it was about lowering our credit card  interest, which we do not  have, we never have a balance left. So it was not from our credit card company, they were most likely trying to get our credit card #.

This number calls and a recorded message states that I  am running out of time to lower the interest rate on one of my credit cards. They do not identify themselves. I pressed "1" to get a representative to find out WHO they are and how they got my number (on no call list). The rep refuses to tell me and hangs up ! I do not want these unsolicited calls and I am upset that I can get no info on them to report them.

Caller ID reads "Massachusetts".  I don't pick up calls from names or numbers that I don't recognize, and I know no one in Massachusetts.  I've been inundated lately with "lower your credit card interest" calls, so imagine this is just another one.  If I want to lower my rate, I'll contact my bank directly.  How dumb do these people think we are?
