We repeatedly get calls from this number without the opportunity of getting our number de-listed...we have put all of our phones on the Do Not Call List, why do we continue to get junk calls?

I have directed my lawyer to sue these scamming scumbags!!! Stay tuned.

they keep calling saying "this is your second and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate"... I finally pressed 1 and they guy immediately hung up on me. Holy crap did that piss me off. I filed a complaint on the do not call registry's website. Hopefully that'll do something, but I doubt it.

[***] called and wanted to lower credit card interest rate. This was my last notice (just like the 100 times before). I an pressed 1 to talk to a rep. When rep answered, asked him to place my # on their "Do Not Call" list and the turd hung up on me. Tried calling back but # is busy. What a joke that this stuff is allowed to go on...

Calling about taking advantage of a stimulus to lower credit card rates... I have rid myself of damned credit cards and these worthless [***] still harass to no end, sometimes twice in an hour!

They have called over and over.  They say that this is their second
warning call and that they are going to have their attorneys on us.
I was so angy I didn't get the name - if they gave it.

We just received a call from this number and I was so nice to them asking politely to be removed from their automated calling list. Thye girl wa actually speechless when I told her to have a good day.

Called at 4:47 pm....caller id showed Canx in the window...did not answer

Our tel # is on the "Do Not Call List" and I believe we get calls more than we ever have in the past. The registry seems to be a farce. We received a call from this number today but did not answer & they left a message saying, "Press 1 now to find out terms, conditions & associated changes before the next billing cyle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage of this today." These people call our number every week and leave the same message.It is a scam trying to steal your info. Something needs to be done regarding the scam.

I get calls almost everyday from different numbers saying the same thing, Lower your interest rates on Credit cards, I DON'T have credit cards, why do I get these calls!! If you try to talk to someone they hang up on you, I know they have to make a living but they need to leave me and other people alone who do not want these calls. Im on Do Not Call registry, but its not doing any good stopping these calls!! I'm SICK of them!!

I have tried explaining this to anyone who will listen with no results. There has to be a way to stop this invasion of our privacy. I no longer answer these calls but the ringing of the phone is disturbing.

This is a second call from this number with a recording of lowering my credit card rate.  I have no credit card which I want the Interest rate lowered.  I have no need to have this recorded messerger give me any information. I have Privacy Manager with At&T; I am on the National Do Not Call List; yet these unwanted calls keep coming through.  On yesterday 8/1/11, I received a call from someone with a private number who wanted me to contact a person to give a message, and indicated this person may be in some trouble he/she didn't know they were in. When I refused to give that information, this person finally hung up.  Innoscent people don't want to be involved in other peoples business.
