This person called from this no. and left a nasty message! They said we owe them money and said I need to go to court I have know idea who they are. None of them spoke English!! Please help me I called the police dept

I just got one of those also, definite boiler room call thick accent very theatening, Thank you Mad for calling the Police on these unwelcome guests.

we received a call from this number. he stated he is with the dispute resolution center with JP&associates. he stated that an employee has a lawsuit against her and that an officer of our corporation needs to appear in court with her. I asked for a copy of the lawsuit. They dodged the question and wanted verification of her employment. I told him that we cannot verify any employment for current or past staff without a signed release. they then said "ok. thank you" and hung up.

They are calling me everyday! who are these people??

kinda getting same thing as everyone else... they are saying their collecting debt for United Cash Advance for some kind of loan deposited into my checking account but can't verify account numbers or court house where claim was filed... just another ID theft scam

Many voice mails later and finally figuring out what they were saying.. Very very bad english/
I called back the number was told I was being sued by the state of pa for freud and that i had bills and a warrant was being made out in my name..That i would be picked up.
when I asked what bills they just said you havent answered us that you have bills.
What?
What gets me is my telephone number is brand new? how did they get it??

Got voice mail from this # called it back turned on my voice recorder and put on speaker told the woman that I was recording for public record then she said I had unpaid payday loans and I was being sued so I asked her to send me a copy of said law suit and she Hung up next day I called back and did the same as before but this time I told her she was on speaker and I was with my lawyer and he would like to hear what she had to say and she Hung up I would like to know where these calls are coming from if anyone knows please email me at shawnski3439@gmail.com

i am also getting these calls it is a scam but its alot of fun to mess with them. i told the guy he had a sexy voice and he giggled and hung up on me.lol i keep calling them im pretty sure they dont like me anymore.

A man named Johnson called and said I owed money. I told him to send me something in writing and he said he was just trying to help me not go to court. I told  him to go for it.  You are right they are very hard to understand.  I've gotten to the point that if they don't speak English to I can understand them, I hang up.
I believe this is a scam to get money out of us. I tried to file a complaint with the Atty Gen's Office, but you need name of business, address etc., and who knows.

Yes I got one of those calls also from a 786-220-3387 and 508-488-9074 I had to go to my cell phone=e provider and block the first one now they are calling from a new # the first time it was a guy horrible English and this time from a woman horrible accent as well.Sounds like alot of people in the back ground.Before they would say they were Anderson Law Firm this time they did not identify who they were.

These stupid scammers called me a couple of months ago and scammed me out of 2000$! Whatever you do just ignore them and don't give them anything they ask for. Best thing to do is call your attorneys general office and report them. They call from numerous numbers.

This man just called me and said he is from Department of Legal Investigation. Its the same # that called me few months ago and said they were will Cash Advance Network.

Got a call claiming my Social Security Number was under investigation so I googled the number, thanks for saving me the trouble of calling back!

These are scammers. DO NOT pay them anything. They're posing as a representative/attorney/paralegal. They are FRAUD. Report immediately. Most likely, they hacked into Cash Advance company and ACT like they are the representatives for this company to take money from customers who have borrowed money from Cash Advance. These people have accents and try to hustle you for money through only ONE form of payment to them called: Green Dot Money Pak card. BEWARE. This is a horrible scam.

Got the same call - on my work line. This happened a few months ago as well, and these people just flooded our call center to the point of customers not being able to call in. They called from several different numbers and while my phone center was able to block a few of them, they changed to this number and now called again today.

I filed a report with my local police department, attorney general, I03, etc. It's ridiculous that nothing can be done!

Just recieved the same phone call and they stated ill be picked up Thursday if I don't come to court. I said ok....it's sad that the police can not do anything bout that.
