These guys are a [***] debt collection office.  They sit around shoving [***] in their butts and make calls to harass people.  They love to suck it.

They have been calling my mother, and they are some how getting my number, my grandmother's number and other relatives. Saying my mother owes a bill to them when she is not the person and they even gave her a ss# that is not hers and she told them yet they still harass us.

They even had the nerve to tell my elderly grandmother when she told them she did  not know where my mother was that What kind of mother are you not knowing where your kids are.

It is not my mother they are calling for. My mother has a very very common name. No matter how many times we tell them that is not her ss# (which that is so wrong saying a ss# over the phone anyway) they still harass her. As of today I am reporting them to the local police for harassment so it is on file.

These idiots just called here for someone who has the same last name as us - but not someone who lives here at all.  Told the guy that's not anyone who lives here - he said well probably a sister to your husband or a daughter - I said no - it's not....he said well she probably had the same last name as you all but married into another family and has a last name that's different now.  I still kept denying it's anyone that he's trying to reach here.  He said well you just tell your husband to get a message to her!!!!  I said if we don't know that person how are supposed to do that - he started yelling at the top of his lungs to me - YOU DON'T KNOW EVERY ONE YOUR HUSBAND KNOWS - NOT TELL HIM TO GET HER A MESSAGE!!!!  I hung up on him.

The man who called me from this number was very rude.  Left a message saying that it's getting pretty ridiculous that I haven't answered his calls...it was the first time he's ever called my number!  Won't say what he's calling about but that they have been trying to resolve this matter for a very long time.  Which is crap, because just under 2 years ago, when trying to buy my house, I cleaned up my entire credit report.  ALL of my bills have been paid.  I don't owe anyone on ANY past debt.

I just got a call from this guy last name Nicks who keeps telling me hes going to sue me and if i dont pay it all right now or resolve it that im going to be sorry, i told him to call me back at 3 and he calls me back at 130 my time 3 his time and he calls me a liar. Who are these people who think they can get away being extremely threatening and rude???

The stupid guy yelled at me just because I called the number and I had to hang up for some other reason to call back them later he called me from this number hass me very very unprofessional

This guy James keeps calling and leaves messages like he is my bro saying, "Yo dude, it's James. I need you to get back with me. It's very important."

I know no James so just stop with the bro speak. Very unprofessional for a business.

Yeah, this guy has been calling my cellphone for the past month (don't know his name), and I don't answer calls from unknown numbers, so he always leaves these voice-mails, huffing and puffing about why my boyfriend wont call him back, and how rude my boyfriend is for ignoring the calls, and how he's trying to do him a favor by contacting him before they "push forward with their plans" on his supposed debt. He sounds like he's been drinking way too much and is really pissing us off!

Samantha what is your boyfriend afraid off? do you think he is afraid of making a phone call and finding out what they are calling about? i mean come on that is pathetic to go online and complain instead of just making a 7 digits phone call and ask why he is getting the call!

Have been getting calls constantly for about 3 weeks now from this number listed as ANONYMOUS on the ID. Its a guy named Steven and he leaves a completely different number to call back - #866-281-3070. Anybody know who the company is?
This guy is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Haven't had what I'm sure would be a less than pleasant experience of speaking to him because I don't answer calls from unknown, blocked, out of area, anonymous or blocked numbers. I have , however, listened to his voicemail messages. He is immediately rude in every message. In the one that he left at 9:35pm last night he sounded like he was growling his words through gritted teeth. He also called me by my nickname--which is a bit scary, honestly--don't know how it's even possible that this person would come across that info. Only family and very few close friends use it. He basically said if I didnt return his call "You will be sorry, without a doubt. I know way more than you could imagine. Don't test me. I expect a return call within 48 hours. " This is the statement that was 'growled'. Creepy, rude, unprofessional and obviously, threatening. Debating on whether to call back just to see what he's going to say...definitely will be recording the call if I do.

i received calls looking for my son.they are not a real collection agency.  They more likely are using a Vonage card and calling from an entire different state or country.  they are rude.  I told them I would provide my address & they could mail whatever documentation as proof that there is a debt & it would then be addressed.  They were not interested.  These calls are SCAMS.  You do not have to pay anything until they provide you copies of documentation showing how, what, where the debt was incurred & your signature.  Everyone has the right to discovery. Never ever give them ANY information.

I called them to get the name of the company and there address to send them a certified letter to cease calling any of my numbers.  They refused to give me their company name or address.  I finally told them I was going to call the FBI, the guy laughed at me!  Well, the joke was on him.  I contacted my local FBI office and the Name of of the company is Capital Recovery Systems.  I work in a law office, for warned them that I did - they laughed.  The FBI called them and now there "are sincerely apologetic".  Right!  Call your local cell carrier and they can block any numbers you do not want coming into your phone.  You can also do this with your land line carrier.  You can also call the Attorney General's Office in  and file a Complaint regarding the debt collection practices, which are in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Act.  You can also file a complaint with Federal Trade Commission.  They also call from other numbers such as 866-281-3070
