Called, left no voicemail. Anyone know who this is?

MFAN its Direct Tv...  They called me from this number to remind me to return a DVR that I was not using

I would assume this is a customer service contracting company... I got a call from the same number but for Dell Computers about a replacement part that I haven't returned yet.

I received the same call from Dell about a replacement part that I have not sent back as of yet.

called me today about comcast HD equipment.  Saying their records indicate I've recently had it installed so I asked "how recently do you mean"  his response, I don't have that in front of me..   I would be cautious dealing with this number calling you.  Sounds like some kind of scammers to me.. calling for apparently no reason?

called me today, also about Comcast digital equipment. Also saying their records indicate I've had some installation of equipment to improve picture, sound quality, etc. I really have no idea what they are talking about as I have had no such recent installation... Oh but wait. I just got through. A very nice gal explained it was the VTA box (little digital converter box that we picked up from Comcast when the stations switched from analog to digital. That was a few months ago. Anyhow, the phone call seemed very legitimate, just a follow up for customer service ya da ya da.

It's usually about some equipment that you need to return. It's legit. I had some Comcast equipment from my other apartment that needed returning after I transferred services. They sent me an empty box and a UPS label for returning. I returned it. If you don't...then you'll get charged for the equipment.

This call for me was Asurion (sp?) services. We had a phone replaced through Sprint's insurance that you pay for and this is the company you have to go through to get the phone replaced. They were just calling to make sure we sent back the damaged equipment.

"On process tecnology - This Id does not receive incoming calls. Please call the tool free number that we have left in your voice message."

Is regarding return of equipments - seems that is a third party vendor.
And well i dont have equipment from anyone. So i am not answering.

I'm getting calls almost daily from these people saying that they're from Time Warner and that their records show we haven't returned equipment. We recently cut off service and returned the box over a week ago. I confirmed with Time Warner and they said that they're not sure why we're getting calls - these guys must be some kind of 3rd party service that automatically gets activated when you cut off some kind of service. Still I'm not going to share any info with them. They're not Time Warner.

I have the same problem, we did a return with Sprint and now I am getting hassled on it.

no message left when they called me, but when I called the number back because I thought it was someone I know with that area code: "On process tecnology - This Id does not receive incoming calls. Please call the toll free number that we have left in your voice message."

I haven't stopped service on anything or broken something to have it returned....

Its a 3rd party collection agency used by Asurion.  They're looking to reclaim a phone that had a claim filed against it.  My most recent experience with Asurion resulted in receiving 2 DOA phone replacements that could have easily been avoided if Quality Control were better in place.  How hard is it to miss the fact that the Red and Green button are not attached to the phone?

Regardless, the representative was helpful and only wanted to know the status of the return process to avoid placing a $300 charge on my Sprint bill.  The call is well natured, but the approach could be 10 fold better.

It is a company that does customer service, i ordered a part from dell and they were calling to confirm i had received it and returned the defective one...

Third party company calling on behalf of Asurion. Just wanted to know the status on a phone that I had returned that they had not yet received. I gave them the tracking number on my package and that was the end of the call.

I got a call from a Jennifer from On Process on behalf of AT&T regarding a defective cell phone that they had not received back yet. She was reminding me that there would be a substantial charge if they didn't receive it within 24 hours.

I got a call from this number tonight and they left no voice mail.  I have checked all the messages in regards to this number above and I have dealing with NONE of the companies listed.

These people call multiple times a day asking for different people in our office. We are a corporate office and far too busy to answer stupid calls.

It was a woman from Dell, calling to remind me that I had not returned my defective laptop after they sent me a replacement. She is right, and if Dell would email or sent the return shipping label, I'd happily return it. Unfortunately, I've called several times and they insist they will both send and email one, and they never do.
