Verizon wireless uses this company to collect on accounts. After incurring a $130.00 early cancellation fee because we canceled our contract 3 weeks before our contract ended (after having confirmed both in a store in February and again over the phone in March that we would not incur a fee, we were not breaking a contract, add to that who would knowingly cancel a contract 3 weeks before the contract ended unless they were assured that there would be no fee) they sent us to a collection agency to collect the money. Adding insult to injury, I've recently purchased all new phones for both myself and my three high-school and college age kids, and extended my contract another two years. I now feel trapped with Verizon, and disgusted that they would use a company as horribly hateful, rude, and nazi-ish as this company. They refused to identify themselves, were rude when my husband refused to confirm his soc sec number and birthdate, and stated that they would get their money no matter what. There is no reason for this type of harassment! I have personally hired collection agencies to collect debts and I know with certainty that these tactics are not necessary. Rather than creating an atmosphere of fear, extortion and hatred, utilizing a firm yet kind attitude with the debtors is much more conducive to the process and the results can be much more agreeable for all parties concerned. Verizon, shame on you, you've just lost 4 customers (and Miracle Financial, what a joke of a name and utterly disgusting company. You people make me sick and there's a special place in hell for scum like you).
