Rude: when answered heard chewing sound.  After 2 "hello" and "can you hear me?"  got a few more seconds of chewing then hung up.   My call to this number got two rings then dead line

I am getting the same calls, with breathing and chewing sounds.  When I call back, I just get a fast busy signal.

I never answer when this number calls but they always leave a voice mail that's nothing but 30 seconds of white noise. They're on my auto-reject list

I just got a voicemail from this # that was all white noise - no one spoke. I called them back with my # blocked and it was answered, "Hello, Tek Collect." I verified the spelling of Tek through Google. Other #s for this collection agency are always reported the same way (voicemails never contain any speech, phone calls are made up of odd sounds like chewing but no one ever speaks). I guess they must not collect much!

Called my cell phone. Didn't know the number so I did not answer

I keep getting calls too  nothing on voicemail but noise. I figure if they can't leave a message they don't deserve my attention

no message.... just 24 seconds of breathing like someone was there but decided not to speak.

I keep getting calls from this number and I only have static on the line or breathing and chewing also. I have tried calling the number back and it only a fast busy signal. I was told that if they can keep you on long enough they can get your info off your phone to still your info for use.

This number has called me twice today. Each time they'd call I wouldn't answer. They left 30 second voicemails of white noise. I don't answer numbers I don't know. Obviously what they were calling about wasn't important enough to leave me a voicemail.
