this number called and left a garbled message on my voice mail, it sounded like a girl laughing. Weird.

I work shifts and am on the do not call list. How do I place a formal complaint against this number? No message left by this number.

same here, no msg.  rings 3 times and then stops. don't bother with the do not call list, they are all on vacation.

Got a call from this # and another from New Bedford MA -- No one on the other end. I just hope it is not someone trying to get onto your computer.

Same behaviour from -2481 a few weeks back.

Multiple calls with hang up when answering machine picks up or dead silence when phone is picked up.  Just got another one and could hear a man talking as my answering machine was spouting its message.
