Caller called twice in 5 seconds, no message. Called back and got something like "You have reached a washington state number that is not in service" or something like that.

Same here in Spokane today. Could be a work source worker ...I was just there. Strange  not being able to hear voicemail identifier or something like that

A man with a garbled voice called.  When I said hello he said hello back and I asked what he needed and I couldn’t understand what he said back.  He has called 4 times in 2 days.

Received call, caller didn't leave message

Called once, left a message saying “my name is Crystal and I’m calling from Washington state” and that was it. Tried calling back and it tells me “you have reached the state of Washington, please enter your parties 10 digit phone number” then it hangs up

Called and rang for 3 secs then hung up. No voicemail . Said ST. Spokane on caller ID

35 missed calls from this number in 2 hours

Keeps calling, each time my phone says potential spam...no msg left, has called 8 times in 10 minutes.
